This automatic self cleaning cat litter box is fantastic! Assembly was easy and getting it setup and running was equally as simple. I really can't believe how small this litter box is. I have other automatic litterboxes, and this one is by far the smallest, lol. What sets this one apart and, what I believe, allows it to be so small is having the spent litter deposited in a bag that is basically on the roof of the litterbox rather than into a tray underneath the unit. Not having the collection tray underneath also allows the entrance to be that much lower to the ground and, therefore, easier for my cats to get in and out of the litterbox. My cats took to this new litterbox immediately. I no sooner had it setup and filled with litter, and my cats were already curious to try it out. Setting this up and connecting it to my wifi and phone was also extremely easy. There is a QR Code in the instruction booklet to download the app, and then step by step instructions on how to get it connected. Compared to other litter boxes or electronic devices I've tried getting connected to my wifi, this was an absolute dream, lol. I may have to tweak my notification settings in the app a bit though as I don't really need four notifications telling me whenever my cat uses the "toilet"! The touchscreen control panel on the front of the unit is very straightforward. You can either set it to automatic or press a button to manually empty the litterbox if necessary. There's even an ionic deodorizer function that apparently neutralizes any lingering odors after your cat has done its business. All of the different functions of the litterbox can also be accessed remotely from the app. Overall like I said, I have and have tried various different automatic litterboxes and, thus far, I'd have to say this is the best of the bunch. And for the relatively low price compared to others on the market, this is a great value for for money. I would highly recommend this automatic litterbox.

Got this automatic litter box for our cats and it’s made life a lot easier. It cleans itself on a schedule, stays pretty quiet, and the app lets you check weight and control things without walking over to it. The odor control actually works better than I expected, and the kid lock is a nice touch since we have little ones around. Overall it’s been reliable so far and cuts down on the daily scooping. Its on the larger side so make sure you have space for it.

I got this for my sister, who lives in a small apartment with her cat. The litter box is small, and she says she loves how tidy it looks. But the best part is that it contains the smell. This tidy, little litter box, does everything that my Moms very expensive litter box does. But it takes up much less space. One thing that’s different is the disposal bag system. Most automatic litter boxes, dump the waste below the drum. This one has a bag system that fills from the top, which is perfect for my sister with bad knees. She loves that she doesn’t have to sit on the ground to empty it, and it’s sealed well enough to contain the odor. It has an app that allows you to control the cycles, and alerts you to your cat’s weight, time spent in the box, and output amount. It’s user friendly and covers everything. Her kitty was a little skittish at first, but after a few minutes, she went straight to it and now she is fascinated with it. You can set it to automatically cycle a few minutes after the cat uses it. But my sister’s cat is so obsessed with the cycles, that she has to operate it manually when she is around to supervise her cat. Overall, this is a great, budget friendly automatic litter box. It works well and my sister’s kitty seems to be in love with it. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical of this product as my cats are former outdoor ferals. They like routine and consistency. Anything different and they get antsy. This looks different from the usual litter box. I expected issues. They'd always had the old-fashioned litter box which needed scooping several times a day, not to mention totally emptying due to the urine smell. I have 7 cats so I expected only 1 or 2 to try it out. They were surprisingly brave with it. I can't say why. They went into it regularly, without hesitation. There was no pottying outside of it, like I've seen with other cats. The self-cleaning feature is awesome with the number of cats I have. If it could hold more litter, that'd be great. Different options with the litter and size would be great. I have three males who are on the larger size, not fat, but just big cats. I watched with trepidation when they went into it. They adjusted well it. No noticeable odors were detected and I really notice smells. It appears to be a very safe device for the kitties. I can't say enough about this labor-saving device for my kitties. It's been a blessing.

My cats have graduated to using automatic litter boxes this past few months. Getting electric automatic litter boxes can be tricky because sometimes your cats will get afraid and not use it and then find some other place to go to the bathroom. The automatic litter box that we received is good but still had a few issues. Assembling the unit was very easy. Instructions were clear and connecting it to Wi-fi and the mobile app were easy as well. Hooking up the bag to the unit was a little tricky at first but then on subsequent cleanings it became easier. I did notice that when you release the strap you have to be very careful because the connector piece will break on the strap. That ultimately makes the strap unusable. I ended up duct taping the connector piece and it works fine. My other alternative is to buy a small strap to secure the bag in place. The unit is very quiet, and you can only hear the litter being filtered when it is run. One of the issues that we had was when it got dirty the cats did not want to use the litter box. I disassembled the unit and took it outside to clean. Cleaning can be a challenge because it doesn't have a way to easily clean it. I ended up placing it face up in the driveway and sprang out the everything on the inside. Then I had to turn it upside down to pour the water out. I had to do that process multiple times to make sure that I got all the litter out. I ended up also having to use paper towels to wipe the litter tray because it still had some stains on it. It is made of rubber which I am very thankful for. I left the unit sitting out into the sun so it could dry and deodorize. Outside of that reassembly was super easy. Drop it back down onto the track and then insert your litter. Some people complained of it having issues adding your litter. What I did was lock the base foot in place and then pour your litter in upside down. It can be kind of tricky at first but once you get the hang of it it works every time.

I was so excited to get this as I have been wanting one for so long. The price on this one was significantly less than those sold by big name companies so I was a little wary. I got the robot out of the box and it was in working order within 5 minutes. Make sure to take off the stickers on the inside barrel of the litter box before you plug it in. There is one at the back and one on the left side. The sticker at the back does give a reminder to not fill the drum higher than the line with litter. I want sure what all the filters were for because I wasn’t familiar with things like tofu litter, but I found a visual within the box. That was helpful. I used the filter it came installed with and I use normal cat litter such as tidy cats. Once I got it plugged it (the plug is in the right side at the back bottom…had a hard time finding it), it ran a cycle and then I was ready to set up the WiFi. If the WiFi light isn’t blinking after long pressing the one, unplug and start again. It worked for me after doing that. It was easy after that to connect it with the app! As soon as I stepped away after set up, my 23lb cat christened the toilet right away. He was very comfortable in it even though he watched me set up the whole thing and was cautious of all the noise I was making in the process. I got the results of the poop on my phone so that was fun. The only thing that is annoying is it says I have to set up Apple home and I have no clue what it’s talking about. The machine is fairly quiet and amazingly, there is no smell!!!!!! I have set up the other two litter boxes I have right beside it in case they were not fans of the robot, so they have chosen that robot life.

I am so impressed by this litter box so far. I have another auto litter box (from a different brand that uses the same app) that I had gotten from Chewy. It’s larger and has a bag in a drawer below, versus this one with the door inside the rotating wheel. In full honestly the initial setup was not as easy for this one as the other. There are some instructions printed on the outside of the box that weren’t quite sufficient, despite me expecting them to be easier than my original litter robot. I did work my through it though and got the screen attached as well as the front stopper piece. Make sure also you open the latch to remove the extra supplies. I filled it with litter, which does require tilting it over, and determining the maximum fill is a little tricky. (I overfilled on the first attempt.) even overfilled it will still run, but you’ll end up wasting litter into the disposal bag. My kittens wasted no time checking it out, although I’m sure a lot of that has to do with them being used to the auto litter boxes and this type of litter (BoxiePro). One peed for me immediately so I could test out the cleaning. She got some on the side of the box outside the litter but I ran a clean cycle and it picked it all up! Connecting to the app was easy too. It’s helpful I already use it for other things- just had to activate the WiFi pairing and it was quick. I appreciate how compact this box is, and emptying the bag may take a bit more babysitting with two cats, but I also think the stink should be a bit more contained versus the under drawer. 100% would buy another.
