Functions well
This litter box has been good so far. Putting it together was kinda complicated if you aren’t like a handyman but we were able to figure it out. We put the sealant on provided but it ended up coming off in the back of it some. As far as the app i can not figure out how to get the activity log to show the pets names after putting in the pet info it still isn’t working. Overall though the litter box functions and cleans it well and seems to hold a lot in the bin before having to empty it we love that! It’s been 3 days now so will update if anything changes but so far so good and the litter mat is awesome. Update: the toileting lining that comes with it that you stick on did not last more than a week and it started coming off also today when we got home our cats seemed upset meowing loudly and walking towards the litter box we’ll come to find out the litter box was stuck upside down and said anti pinch detected but nothing was there i think ours is malfunctioning….and also the bin is on the bigger side but with our two cats it becomes full every 4 days unfortunately and they don’t rly go to the bathroom that often so with all these issues I’m changing my review down to a 3 star because the idea is still good and the design but functioning isn’t working well and our cats had been holding their bladders since 12pm and i didn’t get home until 7pm from work i felt so bad they jumped right in and went when i had to get it to rotate manually. Attached video for reference showing nothing blocking anything. Edit to update: they refunded me for the issues i did have with the litter box and their customer service is A1 the litter box has been doing good since the issues were addressed

Dangerous for pets

Waste of money. It does not easily get put together. It says there is a cat in there when its not and I went though all the steps to try and fix that. It would not go together easily and the videos and the instructions were not clear. It stops half way though cleaning and does not go back to where it needs to go. It's a waste of money and a dangerous to pets.

Excellent buy for the price
I had one of the more expensive brands of robot litterbox in my former house but when I had to move I was looking for a cheaper option. This unit is the best of the devices I've looked at in its price range, and the convenience factor is worth the money. Physical assembly is about a 3/10 in difficulty. There are no screws or anything to mess with, and you don't need any tools. There are, however, a couple of fiddly moments where you need to make sure all the parts are fitted together right before you snap things into place. Overall I'd rate the durability as about a 7/10. Getting the device connected to your WiFi network can be painful, too. First, there isn't a dedicated app for this appliance, nor is it compatible with HomeKit. The app you're forced to use is yet another "AI" home control ecosystem. Worse, the device is very finicky about networks. I finally had to enable UPnP on my router to get the litterbox to connect properly. Cycle time is rather slow but the unit is fairly quiet. Also, the "bag" that holds the litter inside the globe does not have a weight inside it (that may be a patented feature they couldn't implement), so clumps tend to stick to the interior rather than falling into the waste tray. This means that it isn't as good at odor control as the name-brand units. I suggest adding some pet-scent-management litterbox powder into the litter. Also, the weight measurement is usually inaccurate, especially if the cat hops in and out rapidly. All things considered, however, this is a good buy, at least for a single-cat house like mine.

It's a great litter box it will definitely save you a lot of money on cat litter and my picky cats love it and use it often the only thing I can say is that it does run kind of slow but it does get the job done and clean up is extremely easy as well as building it hands down the easiest fastest thing I've ever built ☺️

Same results as the expensive brands for a fraction of the cost.
So, we finally took the plunge on an automatic litter box and honestly, I was skeptical. The expensive brands have all the hype, right? But I figured I'd try something more affordable and... wow, should've done this years ago. Setup was stupid easy. Like, unboxed it, followed a few simple steps, and that was it. No fighting with instructions or figuring out weird configurations. The cats? Immediately on board. No stress, no "what is this thing" energy. They just... used it. That was my biggest worry. that they'd be weird about it. They weren't. App control is clean. Easy to use, lets me monitor what's going on without standing there staring at it. It's quiet. Like, actually quiet. Not that "quiet for a robot litter box" quiet. genuinely not disruptive. And it doesn't smell. This is the big one. Scooping daily was fine when I was home, but traveling? Coming back to a house that smelled like a cat sanctuary was not ideal. This keeps things in check. For a fraction of what the big names cost, this does everything I needed it to do. Highly recommend.

I was surprised to really love this, it made cleaning so easy now all i have to do is wait for the bin to fill up to replace with a new baggie. other than the part where i replace the bag i don’t smell anything at all which is great. Luckily not as noisy as i thought these would be. and also great with my cats when they try and butt their heads in it senses them and stops moving. depending on your cat, (like mine) they tend to kick out a lot of little and i had to buy an extra bigger one because the one they provide is not doing any justice

I was so excited about this litter box and it worked great for the first day. It cleans at random times, gets stuck on its side, doesn’t clear the waste (had to scoop anyway) and the app says there’s a cat inside all the time and that it’s cleaning every 10-15 mins. The weights are completely off even after resetting it. My cats are about 10-12 lbs and it will say 2.2lbs up to 56lbs 😳 I’m so disappointed and hate that I have to return this but I’m definitely not eating the $200 it cost me when I can’t trust or even use it.
