I was super excited when I received this box. It came early and was easy to put together. Now the reason I didn’t give 5 stars: initially when I downloaded the app it didn’t recognize the litter box then it wanted me to do an update that wouldn’t load(sent me over the top).I moved on. I plugged in the box it did it’s first cycle showing how it works and everything was fine. The box went off line and it took hours to finally get it to connect back. The app still was not working. Customer service was an absolute joke, so I figured it out with my technologically savvy daughter. Got the box online it has worked perfectly ever since. I Removed the app and haven’t needed it since. I will say I was able to set up a cleaning schedule before the app stopped working so that’s a plus. But it also cleans sporadically throughout the day if the cats use it enough between the scheduled times. FYI I have 5 cats. It is fairly quiet. The cats were a little afraid at first but now they’re fine one likes to watch it clean. It fits perfectly in the corner in my bathroom. The air freshener works well and it saves on litter and the clean up is easy. I like the gray it goes well with my bathroom decor. the cats truly like it. No issues with the cats getting in or out. And again the app is terrible and the customer service is worse. But my box works and we are all happy for that.

This is my second one from this seller and brand. I bought the first one in January and it’s been great so far, only been 5 months but I needed a second one so I thought why not since so far this one has been great. I love the app. I like that it weighs the cats because I know who’s went and how many times they’ve went. The app is very user friendly. It has sensors so your cat can’t get all rolled up in it. My kittens were only about 12 weeks old when I got the first one and they took right to it. So five months in I’ve been pleased so hopefully I’ll get a few years. I will say the price point was good but it did concern me because I thought maybe it was junk but like I said so far it’s great so in my opinion at the point it’s a great bang for the buck.

I have been using it for 3 weeks now for two 8 month old cats. Such a game changer not having to poop scoop anymore!!! It works great, one cat took to it right away, the other took a few days but started using it. What I like about it is its simplicity, no internet or apps. You plug it it and it just works. The litter box is always clean and the bin on the bottom pulls out where you remove the litter trash bag and toss and replace. My two cats requires dumping every 3 days vs the 1 or 2 days of scooping.

This litter box is amazing. The cats took to it right away. It is used alot. It saves so much litter by ridding of the clumps and waste. And leaving only clean litter. It is quiet.

It is good quality and easy to assemble! my kitties like it and keep smell away, litter doesn’t get everywhere as much , it’s good enough size for two large cats. The matt is kind of small so we got a bigger one and the cord is short if u wanna put it somewhere close to a plug.it comes with a roll of trash bags for it! it’s very easy to clean and we definitely recommend if you’re tired of cleaning litter.
