The media could not be loaded. Needed a large auto door for my turkeys and this did the job very well however, the instructions are not very clear and you cannot ask the seller questions because of a language barrier (China). Installation is easy if you have basic "farm" skills, setup...no so good here is how to do it 1. Hook up power and the timer auto sets for 8:00, Press SET then up/down buttons to set hour, press SET again to set minutes (timer uses military time i.e.. 13.00 for 1 pm, press SET to get next screen 2. set opening time hours and minutes, SET to get next screen 3. set closing time hours and minutes (in military time) 4. this sets light/dark sensor, select OP=0 and CL=0 but I prefer to use the timer because on a stormy dark day, the door may false and close early, locking out your birds for the night. 5. St=timer OF /ON use + or. - to turn the timer On 6. L=light sensor use + or - to turn OF Last note - You cannot have both timer and light sensor on, one must be off ... show more

Finally I can sleep in! The light sensor works well to open and close the door at good times. It’s pretty quiet and fast to open. I was hoping the remotes would work at a further distance, but not sure when I’ll even need them since the sensor does a good job on its own. So it works like it's supposed to, however it leaves a small gap and you can still open the door about 6 inches after it shuts automatically. So it leaves room for critters to get inside. Very easy to push open and any raccoon, fox or opossum would have no problems squeezing in.
