I’m very pleased with the design and performance of this litterbox. My young male cat took to it immediately. It’s easy to clean and the cleaning operation doesn’t scare my cats. The price tag is also much lower than the huge, popular monstrosities.

We had the litter box a month before it broke. The rake just stopped. We went through the trouble shooting and fixing it would require us open it up and buy new parts. Requesting a refund because this is unacceptable.

My cats are using this one as they wouldn’t go near the one with steps. Has anyone else had trouble hooking up to the app. It says it is free but the app say purchase with prices for weekly or monthly. I have not seen the box scoop and empty Wish I could talk to the owner of this company. If I get it to work I will be buying a second one

I’ve got two relatively young rescue cats, and had been looking for a safe and effective automatic cat box for a while now. The girls currently are using two very very large and deep boxes, which they seem to be very happy with. Upon deploying my new atomic powered kitty clump cleaner, I was dismayed to find that the directions were virtually useless. Going online to try to find images or pictographs to help was a useless endeavor, as this particular box doesn’t seem to actually have any sort of Internet presence. With that said, I was able to puzzle out the correct installation and set up by a combination of reading the cryptic instruction booklet and making some educated guesses along with a few wild leaps of logic. So far, the girls are still getting used to this, but they do seem to be taking to it. My bigger complaints are twofold: the depth of the box, or lack thereof, doesn’t allow for the deeper bed of litter that the girls are used to, and the machine makes a horrible screeching, “glass on chalkboard“ screaming sound when it’s in operation. I feel like I need to douse the inner workings in WD-40 in the hopes of quieting things down. With all that said, this is a decent product and a decent value.

We’ve been using this automatic litter box for several weeks now and I’m more impressed with it than I thought I’d be. I had a similarly styled one twenty something years ago and it was more hassle than it was worth. We’ve come a long way and this is much more improved than I expected. The app was easy to set up and I like the adjustability of being able to select the length of time between it sensing someone in the box to scooping. We had to play with this a bit to find the right clumping time for our litter. I’m also extremely impressed by the sensors that stop the rake while it’s in motion if it detects movement in the box. I inadvertently tested this by sprinkling some baking soda into the pan as it was cycling and a few clumps of baking soda fell in. The rake immediately stopped moving. That was shocking, and I didn’t expect a dime sized clump of baking soda to stop the rake. However it made me feel reassured that it would stop if a cat were to step into it when it was in motion. It also did not restart and I had to reset it. I’m not sure if it would have reset on its own after a certain amount of time, but after a few minutes I just hit the button in the app since I was standing there. It is a larger unit, and I wish it were less bulky and had more actual litter box space. We have 20+ pound ragdolls and it’s a tight fit. We’ve had a couple instances of accidentally peeing over the edge the box by our biggest boy. A few more inches of litter area would make a big difference for big kitties. We’ve not had a single issue of the rake getting stuck, or the collection bin lid not closing. We have four litter robots that are stuck mid cycle that we can’t fix which is infuriating. This has worked smoothly, surprisingly quietly (I hardly ever notice it running even from in the same room), and our cats took to it immediately. It’s been easy to clean. I like how easy the rake comes off to actually clean it. The whole unit just seems well designed, well made and well thought out. It just works. I don’t have to think about it, I don’t have to mess with it, I don’t have to reset it constantly, I just have to take out the bag, put in a new one and add more litter every few days. It’s expensive, $190 for a litter box is expensive, no matter how you spin it. But it’s pretty good for an automatic one, and for one that’s so simple and hassle free, it’s an absolute steal. The safety feature of stopping so easily is extremely important and very reassuring after seeing so many people experience failure and have their cats injured by a litter box. I would recommend this one based on the safety aspects especially.

This litterbox is of decent size. My cat, that weighs14lbs has no problem using this box. The box is quiet when scooping. The app is alright. Not as user friendly as I'd have liked. A few things that are not so great about this litterbox I've encountered. The rake that combs the litter doesn't pick up the smaller pieces, leaving them in an otherwise cleaned box. The bag is awkward to replace, despite the manufacturer stating the rubber piece on one corner is to keep bag in place. The brush provided to clean the tracks, of litter, is small and will need frequent replacement. The price of the box is fair enough but they should include perhaps 3 rolls of bags, versus what it comes with, one. They are special bags with drawstring capabilities which the vast majority on the market, made for litterboxes, are not.

This makes clean up a lot less messy than your traditional boxes. It's a good size for one cat. It was not too difficult to get put together and ready for use. Once built it feels well made. It did not wobble. It is a bit more noisy than I thought it would be but since it's not constant it's ok. My cat took to it within the first day which was great. Cleaning it isn't to bad. I would say for the less pain of cleaning it frees you from it is worth buying.
