Edit: In March the company reached out to me via email and offered me a a full refund and asked me to give them another try. I responded that Yes I would like the refund. I did not get a response to my email saying I would like the refund and have had not communication since then (Their email says it is going to an unmanned email box) . Game changer with six cats in the house. We bought two of these to increase our automatic litter box count to three. Since we got these our cats only use the other branded one (which works great by the way) when these are busy. Our cats will actually line up and wait for their turn. The WiFi control and information is really good and convenient and thankfully compatible with the Smart Life app that controls most of our house. The deodorizer feature is amazing, we haven't smelled a little box smell since we got these. We also love that they will tell you when the waste container needs to be emptied, our other one will just keep on going until it overflows. The bigger entry makes it easier for all of our cats to get in and out easily, even our 19 lb big boy who sticks out of the other one to do his business. We love these almost as much as our cats do. Easy to setup, operate, and maintain which is a major plus for us. Overall, I would say these are an amazing value for the convenience, efficiency, and price. I'm glad we went with these and not one of the really expensive name branded automatic litter boxes that everyone complains about, got two of these for the price of one of those and half the headaches.

We are a multi-multi Cat household. This is my 2nd Automatic Litter Box and absolutely love this one vs the 1st one I bought. This box is absolutely fantastic. 1st off..the bin where the litter clumps is pretty large...I am perfectly comfortable letting it go 3 to 4 days with out emptying it. The box itself works absolutely fantastic. It's easy to clean and comes with everything that you need to clean it, I've had it running for a little over a week and just now has to take the drum off to clean between it and the base. The drum area is fairly large and holds a good amount of cat litter. Clean up is easy and I'm not worried about the door snapping off like the 1st one I bought....It has a Ion setting...not sure how it works...but somehow it keeps the stink of the box....inside the box. When you get ready to change the litter you put the cover on the drum..and It will empty the litter into the dirty litter bin for you. Another positive is the drum is deep enough...the cats don't kick litter out everywhere..Didn't even have to use the litter catch mat that comes with it. I am absolutely impressed with this litter box...If I needed another...I would buy another one. Not gonna mention the other boxes name but it was a sponsored box on amazon...I will say there customer service has been great...but the product itself has some work and design issues that need to be fixed.
