It is advertised as having a drum capacity of 100L, but I actually measured it and it is larger than my other cat litter box that advertises a capacity of 110L, but it looks smaller than the 110L cat litter box overall. That is to say, the CATCOOL automatic litter box has a smaller volume, but the drum capacity is larger. Why do I care about the drum capacity? My two cats always face the door when they go to the toilet, which will cause urine leakage and urine everywhere. We think it is because the space is too small and the cats will not turn around after entering. The CATCOOL automatic litter box taught one of my cats to turn around, but the other 25-pound fat cat still urinates at the door. This is a cat problem. The intelligent effect of the CATCOOL cat litter box is very good. Not only is the APP better than the other two, but the other two are connected with Tuya. CATCOOL has its own exclusive APP. Of course, I have also tried Tuya and it can also be connected. The most intelligent feature is the radar sensor. Among the three automatic litter boxes, only CATCOOL can detect the cat's movements first. It is advertised that there are 10 sensor radars, but I only found 9. The customer service said that there is another one hidden in the door frame. And I like CATCOOL's customer service very much. The manual is really the most detailed I have ever seen. So far this is working nicely. No errors due to litter falling in between the crack where my cat flings it out the opening. Old one would constantly stop due to litter falling there and activating sensors. The sensors on this one are placed differently and it does not stop the cleaning cycle. The pan is a little more shallow than our old one and it seems to fill up faster which is so far the one drawback I have found.

It worked great for the first few weeks. Then it suddenly stopped working. The light won't come on but sometimes it still turns if we unplug then plug back in. We tried different outlets, but no luck.

**** Seller Return Policy: "For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged PETCAL product and receive a full refund for ANY reason." ****Amazon Return Policy: " This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns." Purchased 34 days ago but delivered only 28 days ago and the return windo closed yesterday. So which return policy is being used?? Cons: 1.) weight sensor doesn't seem to be accurate. Said my cat was around 4 lbs when she is actually around 10 lbs. 2.) Design flaw with the step it comes with. If you push the step inwards (to where it's not so flimsy) it will block the area where the feces and urine litter is discarded into. If you pull it out (away from the litter box) the weight of a cat can cause it to bend and come off the track. 3.) It doesn't seal away the smell. It uses a scent and a fan to mask the orders. 4.) My cat will not regularly use the litter box. I've looked up many was to get a cat comfortable with using an automatic litter box, and she just refuses. 5.) Possible safety issue with the litter box. If you or the cat get to close while it's operating it will stop and wait every single time.... BUT if you wait in the same spot for long enough without moving, IT WILL START UP AGAIN as if nothing is there... BUT if you move then it will stop again. Pros: 1.) Automatic cleaner: works just fine. You can push the button on it to have it manually clean, or you can use the app. After the cat uses the box, the app allows you to delay the cleaning with the use of the timer. 2.) Comes with very easy to read instruction and a video (if you prefer) 3.) Haven't had any issues with the app, wifi connection, notifications, etc. ......... OVERALL....... In my opinion, if your cat isn't finicky and doesn't linger around their box then I'd recommend this product. If your cat is like mine where they like what they like and make it known when they don't and are stubborn, then I don't recommend this box.
