Okay, I just bought this. It arrived yesterday and it's not hard to put together, but I'm used to doing complex puzzles and things like that, which I enjoy. So for me, it took about 20 minutes to put this together. I don't understand people on here said it took an hour where it's so hard, it's basically 8 screws. Which means 4 on each side and one to hold the litter tray in the back, it clips into place. And then it sits on top of the motor which with the corrugated, um, uh, gear on the outside, all the way around 3 fourths to this. That's what turns it so I don't know why everybody's singing so hard to put together. But at any rate, I bought this, and it does do a very good job of cleaning. It's very thorough and next to the scoopa away litter tray that uses crystals the automatic one which I bought one of those that arrived 3 days before this one, they're both very quiet. My cats came over, they watched it roll. Around and empty itself, because I put some of the litter of the other Literary, the original scoop litter tray into there so that they can kind of get used to it. I am, and then we're trying to integrate them into taking to this one. I'm buying another litter tray within probably next month. If not the end of this month. So, you know, I want to get them integrated on using these things because I cannot keep scooping anymore :( i have severe physical illnesses, and I love my pets. They're emotional support pets, but I just I cannot do this scooping anymore. After years of doing, I just physically cannot keep doing it. Most of my house is automated, so um yeah, yeah, one of them evidently went in the new litter & used it last night & while I was sitting on the couch. I didn't notice till later, the other 2 were kind of thinking about it you know, they've been looking at it, checking it out, stepping inside of it. Sniffing it all over. So I took some advice from someone, I have left uh, original self scoop dirty. I'm letting it get dirty bc cats do like a clean litter tray, same as we want a clean toilet, & if I keep the automated litter box clean, then they'll be more likely to use it regularly. This is going to take some time. I also ordered some litter attractant, so that they will definitely be interested in using the automated literary. This one, this brand the scoop away one that's for another cat, and she uses it fine. So I am working with them, and if they don't, how should I put it integrated over to this new litter tray, then within before the 8th up next month? IF they DON'T ALL USE IT --Then I'm going to box it up and I'm going to send it back, and I'm going to order something else different along with another literary them, having my eye on. But right now it's working out, okay. They're still taking their time with it. I just ordered a little tiny mini step bc I have 2 that are kind of up in age so "it's a little bit high" but for the most part, it's a very good machine understanding now it's only been a couple days.I'll update again later. 0H 1 more thing, just a bit of advice, take the top off. If you ever buy a machine like this and it has a top, take the top off if your cats aren't used to this type of automated thing. So that they're not afraid of it. You know, because not all cats like to be enclosed. If they don't know what's going on. And who might come up on them? And once they get used to it. Hopefully, they will get used to it. Then you can start to gradually, you know put the lid on, but if they're not used to automated monetaries, always take the lid off. You know, you don't have to attach it, just take it off, leave it off for a few weeks, because it takes time. And do put the box by the old box, let the old box get dirty. And you know, just it takes time, it's a patience thing, but since I can only return this up to "thirty days" my pets only get them up that time limit of my patience ;) Update: someone made a comment on here that I read when I first got this about **it smells** It works well, but it smells they were right. If you have multiple cats, you'll have to change the waste bag. I have multiple cats as in more than two.You're going to have to change the bag like every three or four days, because I notice it's full because thankfully, my cats are adapting to this well.And they're using it, and it's filling up quickly. Even though I intend to later today, go buy some scented garbage bags for it.The point being is that you still need to change it more frequently.The more cats you have more frequently you need to change it.But it's still a whole lot better than trying to scrape a litter tray a thousand percent.So i'm saving more litter than I normally would because I have one cat.That's peeing a lot, because she's getting up in age.You know that kidney thing and it's just if you don't scoop every day with a litter tray, you know, more and more of the litter coagulates, and with this i'm saving money on litter.So I don't mind having to change it out.Every three or four days, you know, as long as it's doing its job, I could care less.

I absolutely love this automatic litter box! It has made taking care of my cat so much easier. It does a great job of cleaning itself after each use, which keeps odors to a minimum and saves me so much time. My cat adjusted to it quickly, and I love not having to scoop litter every day anymore. The setup was simple, it’s surprisingly quiet, and it holds quite a bit of waste before needing to be emptied. It’s also helped keep the area around the litter box much cleaner. If you’re on the fence about buying an automatic litter box, I highly recommend it. It’s been worth every penny and has made life much more convenient for both me and my cat!

Great product, It's been about 9 months since I bought this but I wanted to give a sincere review. It's such a convenient to not have to clean litter constantly, i clean this box about twice to 3 times a week. Its very durable, still working perfectly after 9 months. The app is great too since you can keep a check on the cats weight and usage.

Took a second for my cats to want to use it , it is fairly small. However it is much better than cleaning a litter box and one seems to do the job with two cats that go A LOT. It was also affordable and we’ve been using it for 6 months now no issues. Open concept allows cat to be able to escape if it moves on accident. Works with catalyst litter which we love. Room for improvement : size of the litter surface area, material of the lining (cloth?), height (it’s kinda tall! Had to get a step stool for my older one), waste bin a bit small only lasts a day for my two cats, it doesn’t always know when my cat is done occasionally times out and doesn’t sense him coming back in.

I was nervous about spending $100+ on an automatic litter cleaner but let me say; I am happy I did!! Not having a smelly room is clutch! It still has a small smell while the cleaner is going back and forth to cover the poop to toss but that’s cool.. it doesn’t last forever!! It’s wide enough for my big ole cat! The app is a clutch!! It shows you the times the cat uses it and how long. It shows their weight and you can change settings for the cleaner!! Get it!!!

Worked ok for the first month or so. We have two wild cats and two docile ones. They all like the idea of the motorized litter box but this one has run into some quirks. Somehow the tray that holds all the clean litter lifted up and all the litter has been going under it. Put it back in place and it happens again. Also the sifter doesn't do a good job and has big clumps that get stuck to it or it gets popped off quite often. For the price was it worth it, yes. Allowed us to go on vacation and not worry about the cats.

So we’ve had this litter box for about three months now and my cat continues to use it with no issues whatsoever. It’s quite sturdy and can support his weight and size no problem. He is 10 months old and weighs in nearly 11 lbs now according to the scale built into the litter robot. There are a few pieces to assemble, but it was pretty straightforward and I had my husband help me so we assembled it in about 10 minutes. If it were just me, I would probably be done within 30 minutes. They also give you a roll of plastic bag liners with a mini cleaning broom and pan in the package. I regularly clean this litter box every other day and deep clean it every 2 weeks. We use the PrettyLitter brand (crystal litter), just for reference. As for myself, I’ve had a few issues with it. We know that the litter we use tends to get everywhere, but the robot can sometimes have the litter spill onto the litter mat during its cleaning phase no matter how much I try to adjust its position. We don’t overfill it as the robot comes with a ‘max fill’ line. I have attempted to use the leveling feature it has but the options on the robot have left it out I’ve just manually level out the litter whenever I replace it. The grate in the back has slightly wide opening so some things may not be able to pass into the disposal portion and remain in the litter. There is a plastic liner that is removable and can be deep cleaned when detached but be careful when removing as litter remnants/dust can get stuck underneath the liner and it will just add to the mess of cleaning. There are a lot of crevices that litter can hide in when you're cleaning so deep cleans are bit of painful and tedious chore when used litter isn’t effectively removed. Also keep in mind that the entire product is plastic so over time the smell can become an issue unless you are diligent about cleaning it frequently. The little door that shuts the disposal area when the robot is upright is not the best deterrent to separating the smell of your cat’s matter so the stench can come through regardless if he just finished his business or if it has been in the disposal bin for some time. Otherwise, the robot in of itself is quite stable and my cat is not frightened by the sound or its movements. The litter box will stop in its track when it feels weight on it during the cleaning cycle so your cat doesn’t get injured. Also, the connection between the app and the litter box have been stable with no delay, interference, or rebooting. It can work just fine as a standalone robot without the use of the app as well. Overall, we will still continue to use this litter robot because our cat is grown accustomed to it and despite some areas where it lacked, I’d say the price is reasonable and a lot of the issues I’ve encountered are manageable.
