I purchased this unit because it will charge without using the internet. The main complaint of other units was problems with software, this unit doesn’t use software. It uses a card reader and has 2 cards included. It works great. The unit is nice looking installed on the side of my house, and is easy to use. Before I installed, there were a few questions that I had, so I needed to contact support. Each time I emailed them, I got an answer minutes later, which to me, is phenomenal. The media could not be loaded. The autobot charger appears to be good quality with nice copper contacts on the NEMA 14-50 plug and comes with good instructions for installing it in your home or garage. The cable has a hefty feel to it due to the thickness of the wiring. I have not installed it yet, but I will soon. Overall it seems to be a good purchase for charging my EV car at home. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Works great! Got the unit in and wasn’t sure why the power fluctuated on the screen when charging so I emailed the support email and they got right back to me and explained everything. Great charger with great support!
