Vevor has some kind of quality control issues my new lauthe 8×14 Dirt and grim everywhere, a paint job done by 5yr old even the line cord Paint running down the sides. Medal Grinding compound everywhere just a complete mess . Every screw loose As you look at it it makes you sick To see the total lack of pride buy the people who put these togeather. My husband purchased a portable generator a year ago. Unfortunately it quit working. Thankfully we purchased the protection plan and were able to send it back. The entire process was easy. They sent us a shipping label. Once shipped,, we received regular email notifications, and when it could not be fixed we received a received a gift card for the purchase price of the item.
