While the sound quality was fantastic; after about 3 weeks of use the speaker stopped working. I've had speakers for 10's of years that still work but, not this one. I was even more disappointed when Amazon refused to do a product return even though it stopped working well within the refund window. They are recommending me go through the manufacturer.     • A better choice for the 5000 series Sony soundbar

This is so much better choice for the Sony 5000 soundbar. I originally bought the more expensive sa-5 and while it may be good for the 7000 series soundbar it didn't marry that well to the 5000 soundbar it tended to overpower the sound bar itself the S3 seems to be a better compliment.
