Pretty easy to put together. Love that it raises and lowers easily. Only bad thing is the plastic backboard. It vibrates and absorbs energy from shots making it very different from a traditional backboard. Just something to get used to, I guess. We got our basketball hoop super fast. Set up was relatively easy. Unfortunately, even with putting water in the base, the hoop fell over during some heavy wind. I reached out to the company and they were willing to replace the rim. We were shocked and unbelievably grateful. My son is loving this goal so far. Was easy to assemble, he is able to andjust the height with no problems. I will say if you add water to make sure you have anti freeze with it. If the weather freezes the water in the bottom it will expand the plastic and cause it to crack.
