Amazing Customer Service and Clear Instructions
Color: Blue
Size: 10FT
This hoop turned out to be an excellent choice for my ten-year-old grandson, and it was easy enough to put together. The directions were clear, the diagrams obvious, the print legible, and with all the parts numbered and separated, there was no confusion about the sequence of steps in setting it up. I was looking for a hoop I could move if necessary and one without a large base that would allow the ball to ricochet off into my busy street. (Some of these kits have an angled plastic stabilizer in front that in my opinion interferes with play.) With such a big project, it was important to me to be able to contact customer service in case there were any missing or defective parts although none of the reviews revealed any issues. This net fit the bill. It was also affordable. The adjustablilty of height was also a big plus. You can use two poles or three for the maximum net height of ten feet, increasing or decreasing every half foot or so. I used the three-pole option and despite some reviews suggesting it might be more wobbly, found it perfectly stable. After putting it together, I tightened all the screws a last time and placed a zippered sand bag over the base to secure it. The instructions say to fill the base with water or sand, but then it's hard to move around even with the two wheels. Also, water might freeze or leak, so sand bags seemed to me a good compromise. For the record, I put most of it together by myself, but it really takes two people at the very end to put the top and bottom poles together to stand up the hoop. It took me a few hours to assemble as I wanted to take my time. Other reviewers noted how well packaged the screws and hardware were, and this was indeed the case. After putting it all together, however, I hit a snag with the piece that adjusts height. Unsure of how to proceed, I emailed customer service who got back to me in lightning time with a video and instructions. Due to a new, more streamlined design, the adjustability function simply required a tap with the hammer. The exceptional customer service provided by the Asbest company was remarked upon by other customers and was a big factor in my choosing this hoop over others.

Excellent height-adjustable hoop for the whole family, very stable on concrete
Color: Blue
Size: 10FT
We’ve been using this portable basketball hoop in our backyard for a little over a week now, and it has completely transformed our evenings. Setting it up took some time, but the effort was entirely worth it. The height-adjustable mechanism is incredibly smooth, which is ideal since both my kids and I use it; we can quickly adjust it up or down depending on who is shooting. The backboard provides a solid, satisfying rebound without excessive shaking, and filling the base with water has kept it firmly anchored on our concrete patio even during windy days. It's built to last and has already survived multiple intensive family shooting sessions. The built-in wheels are another lifesaver, allowing us to tilt and roll it out of the way whenever we need to clear space in the yard. Highly satisfied with how robust and functional this system turned out to be

Good but no product support
Color: Blue
Size: 10FT
Very sturdy. Tools gets the job done but very tedious to work with that come with basketball hoop. I hope you have your own. There's NO VIDEO nor product support for this item. Connecting base to support pole was a chore because instructions weren't clear. Maybe it was difficult to me being more visual but my 5 yr old grandson is enjoying it.

Good for casual play.
Straight forward instructions. You need two people to lift it up on the third pole. Basket is relatively stable. However the hoop is slightly crooked. Using it for young children set at about 8 feet high. Kids love it! I wouldn’t hang from the basket, ever. Put a cinder block on the back end of the base and it stays up well in the wind. Probably made for casual play. Great for the money!

Do Not Buy
If I could give zero stars I would. Paid $60 dollars to get it assembled for my grand kids it says 5'5 this goal will not go below 8ft. bc there is not enough holes to let down any further. Now I have to pay an additional $60 dollars to have it disassemble. I wanted something I could let up and down easy this is definatey not it.. Upset and dissapointed.

Adjuster gets jammed and hard to put together.
First of all, you can't put this thing together with just yourself- you're gonna need at least 2-3 other people to help you, which is seriously not convenient considering who wants to go outside in my family. Second of all, whenever I try adjusting the height between that 5.5 feet and 10 feet, the hoop always gets jammed and I need to use serious force to get that unjammed- I feel like I'm going to break something every time. Otherwise, it's very sturdy (especially the backboard and net (such a durable net is surprising!) and won't tip over in light storms. 3/5
