I don't write many reviews, but this one deserves it. This hoop had crystal clear instructions and was a breeze to set up - my husband was able to do most of it on his own, and only required assistance with putting the backboard up due to the weight. It's incredibly sturdy and overall just a quality product. I'm so happy we went with a bigger backboard too - it looks beautiful on our basketball court. We're very happy with this basketball standard. I did a lot of searching and finally opted to go with this one. We just set it up about two weeks ago and the kids have already put it through its paces. I'm not sure if they like playing basketball or raising and lowering the hoop more. It's well built. The hardest part of installation was reaching the bolts while attaching the hoop to the glass and then lifting the backboard up on to the support arms. It's heavy. First and foremost, this is a great product. Dug the hole by accident a little bigger, so we put 960 pounds of concrete in the ground. Great goal easy to install direction are clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks my son is happy.

Would be 5 stars if not for the delivery issues with Estes. My hoop sat in the local terminal for like over 2 weeks before they finally called me to arrange the delivery. This basketball system has met all of my expectations. It was a great value for the price in that it came with backboard and post pads, which are usually each 3 figure add-ons with comparable systems. I'm extremely happy with it after one month of use. Full disclosure I did order and install a different rim than the one the system came with. There is nothing wrong with the rim the system came with, but I was specifically looking for one that didn't have the hook connections for the net. The feel of the backboard is very sturdy and it's the closest to the feel of a gym backboard that I've had on an outdoor system.
