I have a rectangular patio to cover on top. Dimension is 8'x 21'! I ordered 2 of the 8' x10'. Time prevented me from installing them when I purchased them during the return window. I finally got around to installing MONTHS after purchasing. But to my dismay, they are 4' TOO SHORT. SO the manufacturers measures to the EXTREME Length of their corners. So be very aware when ordering .[i WOULD HAVE RETURNED IF I COULD} You have to extremely oversize your order. The Quality??? Hard to really TELL. I live in the SUNBELT of the Southwest. I have ordered several from different mfg.'s. Some do last. Many don't! The SUN BURNS them UP in less than a year. They turn into scrape. Hard to tell which is which . So roll your dice accordingly.
