I think that's ok, because it gives you ideas to figure out what works best for your usage. I've had this up as a 'roof' on a structure for a few months now. I built a 10x24 car port. It provides shade and you can feel the difference with the sun heat. A few days after I installed it, we had some high winds. Some of the rings which holds the cover began to tear. It has been a couple months since I put up the cover and I've noticed it stretched too. If you're planning to buy one maybe get one smaller. Otherwise, I like it..it provides a shade for my car.

Needed a shade cover for custom pergola. I tried a few others to my dissatisfaction, but this one was perfect. Bungee cords, lace type ties and zip ties came with the order for easy installation. Sheer enough to see the sun, sky and the birds, but also provides hot sun protection. Satisfied customer.

This sunshade screen was very easy to install on the east side of my patio. It came with 3 different types of fasteners. I used the bungee fasteners on top and the tie wrap fasteners on the bottom.
