I built a 10x24 car port. It provides shade and you can feel the difference with the sun heat. A few days after I installed it, we had some high winds. Some of the rings which holds the cover began to tear. It has been a couple months since I put up the cover and I've noticed it stretched too. If you're planning to buy one maybe get one smaller. This sunshade screen was very easy to install on the east side of my patio. It came with 3 different types of fasteners. I used the bungee fasteners on top and the tie wrap fasteners on the bottom.

Perfect cover. Easy install. They give you Ty-raps and bungies as well at shoe lace type tie downs. After install over my pergola I could feel a temp difference. Living in Vegas the summers are 100 plus during the day and I can now enjoy my outdoor area. Definitely a great purchase.
