Excellent, for the price
Noticeably cooler in the area under the umbrella which was a pleasant surprise, considering it’s only one layer of material. The material is the consistency of outdoor cushions and so far has handled pollen season and hard rains and is clean. The pollen ran right off. Did well in 35-40mph wind gusts. Not totally waterproof but I would say 80-85%. For the price, it’s an excellent buy. Might just get another for when this one does need replacing in a couple years. ... show more

Durability, assembly simplicity and cost.
The patio umbrella was a much better item than I bought the previous summer which cost considerably more and did not hold up for one summer. This umbrella covers the entire table, providing shade to all six seated individuals, was easy to assemble, and again, a considerable better investment.

Good umbrella, but needs taller pole for ribs to close.
Really nice find. This umbrella is lovely and fits our rectangular table well. Great coverage. Lovely color and appears to retain its color vs fading. Fabric is thick and holds up well in higher winds. My only complaint is that the tube needs to be about 3-4” taller as the umbrella cannot close all the way, since the ribs are longer on the longer side of the rectangle. ... show more

Great Umbrella for the Price
Really happy with this umbrella. It’s big, gives great shade, and was super easy to set up. The crank works smoothly and it feels sturdy once you add a good base. Perfect size for my patio table.

Not waterproof
All aspects of the umbrella work good. It's a good size and provides great shade. The rectangle shape allows for more folks to be covered. My major complaint is it is not waterproof as advertised. I leaks like crazy. So if you want just a sun shade - it will be great for you. If you also want the umbrella to be waterproof, this is not for you. ... show more

I received the umbrella quickly & was a nice color. The material was extremely thin. It had a torn spot & had been damaged. It was sown in the wrong spot & with a different color thread. Easy assembly. I will be returning this item & will not purchase again. The price was good but the product is to thin will not hold up long at all. It is a nice shape & covered the long table we have. ... show more
