There is no warranty. Be prepared for Aqua Joe to waste your time with countless questions if you file a warranty claim. And if you answer all those correctly, then they will say the seller on Amazon is not authorized so warranty is void. This might be one of the worst quality water hoses I have purchased. I would estimate I have purchased 6 within the last 2 yrs. The end crimp leaks easily. It’s aluminum so it will fuse w galvanic corrosion if left on a hose bib. Spontaneous bursts should be expected. Kinks at every opportunity. Save yourself the headache- if you want inexpensive just buy a Harbor Frieght hose. ... show more

Best hose I’ve ever bought! My horse has stepped on it and not made it kink or leak. Very flexible, but sturdy! Works like a charm! Using it around my yard for my animals is great and easy to get everywhere because of the 75’ length.

    • Stronger water hose with one flaw

I was looking for a water hose that's stronger than the normal green ones I get at my local big box stores, one that won't kink up and rip like they normally do. This is the solution! It's stronger, and it doesn't kink up. I really like it. What I don't like is the connector where I connect the sprinkler or the nozzle. There's nothing to grab onto, because it's so small. It makes it really hard to get a firm grip and complete attach the sprinkler or nozzle, and so water is always dripping. If Aqua Joe would add a bigger connector, it would be a 5 star review. ... show more

It is not kink free! It was very difficult to get stretched out to start using. This hose replaces another one like it that I purchased last year. I needed the replacement due to the fact that the last one developed very bad leaks where the hose connects to the metal thing on the end. It’s like it was not sealed properly. Same brand, same length. I only used the last one less than 6 months. I’m hoping this one lasts longer! I reviewed this earlier and stated it is NOT kink free as advertised. It has also, since my review, developed a hole! So much for contractor grade! Lousy product and purchase! Will NEVER buy an Aqua Joe product again. Did not even last one season. So far this hose is 250% better than those advertised on TV but it does not shrink in size or come with a "copper nozzle " but it works great. I tried one of these shrink hoses and great for a little while but then they pop. Water volume is greatly reduced but the pressure is high for cleaning sidewalk. not suitable for hand watering of lawn. Volume of water from Aqua Joe AJFJH75-34-CTR Kink-Free Contractor Grade FiberJacket Garden Hoseend hose is just like the hose from COSTCO that kinks all the time. This hose does not seem to kink if volume of water is restricted by a sprinkler. AND the real bargain was when I purchased this hose for $19.95 on Amazon Prime day. It works great and if it lasts 2 years I got a real bargain. October 2023 the hose leaks like a split near the coupling.and I called customer service. They were great and sent me a new 100 foot hose at no charge. This hose is 5/8 opposed to 3/4 but seems great. Color is not orange but their warranty policy is great. The hose is light and yes it does kink but if you keep pressure ie sprinkler. it will right itself when gently pulled . The flow is interrupted but not like the COSTCO hose that seems to twist and you must go to the kink and fix it. ... show more

Nice color, but it is difficult to maneuver (stiff and can hop up and bump plants two feet off the ground when pulling it out for use) and it’s wearing out with only 8 months of use on our hose reel. The jacket has worn loose in spots and I had to put electrical tape over some of it because the white innertube was exposed and ballooning and there are kinks that have formed that re-kink with no effort at all and I have a lot of water pressure so there’s no reason for it! I would’ve thought a hose reel would’ve protected it and make it last longer?? And the weirdest thing is I have to bleed out 3 gallons of water from a 75 foot hose before white foamy ‘high particulate’ (stinky chemical plastic) smelling water clears away because I’m not putting that on my plants! So every time I water I have to waste 3 gallons of water to get out the chemical reaction water that’s been poisoned by decomposing plastic—that’s disgusting! I’ve never had that problem with any other hose (rubber vinyl) or even the other brands of collapsible hose. I would not get this hose again Even if the price was lowered to $10 I will buy one of those plastic reels that come with the vinyl hose already inside of it for over $100 they last longer and don’t give me poison water for my plants. On a good note I like the connectors! nothing leaks when they’re lightly snug! And I loved the color before it faded that’s why I bought it. :) ... show more
