This bench is ideal for portability. If you want a workout bench but want to stow it away and not have to move a heavy bench, this is the bench for you. I have my own fitness business and I often use this bench at clients homes by easily bringing it in the car. Theres probably a much lower weight limit for this bench than for a heavier bench, so i think it’s better for women in general. It is perfect for general population fitness.

quite a few of these folding benches around, this one was the cheapest decent looking one i found, and actually better than expected. arrived in good condition, all parts correct, everything seems machined well, holes are all aligned properly. just a 10 minute assembly for the legs. the height of the bench seems lower (both when folded and opened) than most of the other portable benches i looked at, which works better for me. note that the width of the bench is also thinner than a lot of the other benches, again wasn't a problem for me but if you're a wider person, you might prefer something wider. stability seems good, while it's not 100%, you'd need to really tip yourself over to one side in order to flip it. the cushion is decently thick, not the softest, but not bad. overall, quite happy with it.

I needed a bench it would be multi-purpose. Clearly, piling crap on it is one purpose, but for me it's easy to position easy to use for push-ups and other simple exercises with weights and body weight. The legs don't collapse real easy but it's simple just to unthread one side and fold it down, then the other. I have no complaints, material seems to be good, cushion is fair, works for what I need

I bought this bench to be able to use inside with dumbbells or outside with my barbell setup. It folds easily, has been sturdy enough to even do dumbbell step ups on, and over all great quality. Very happy with my purchase.

I needed a bench to workout in my tiny apartment and this one is the perfect. I can slide it under my bed for storage. It's pretty sturdy and my only complaint is that some of the washers had spots of rust on them. Overall it's super easy to put together and use so 4/5
