The trampoline is great, kids love it. Very greased up when we received it, so we had to wipe it down. The problem was that the basketball hoop was not included, and Amazon would only refund me a small amount for this. Now I have to buy a separate one because the kids could read it was supposed to come with one. I wish they could just send it separately since it seems the company forgot! ... show more

First thought the trampoline came at once but there is 3 different boxes that are delivered. Everything was on time and even though I had some confusion with the screws and where they went we ultimately found our mistake and have corrected it so now we have enough parts. Love the instructions they are self explanatory and easy to read unless your like me and it takes some time to understand. Overall good but kids already love it and we arnt even done putting it up yet. At the end you may need to bend some parts so far we haven’t but you can tell the legs are bent inwards a little. ... show more

    • Some good, some not so good at all!
Our grandkids were raising loved it, especially our 3 year old autistic granddaughter. However, I never realized until someone else made note, it never came with ladder. Also this particular trampoline appeared very sturdy, needs to be due to granddaughters lack of fear and need for security and safety. However as soon as wind came along, a number of big gusts, it toppled over bending the bars and tearing the net,. I did purchase stakes for it, however we would still need to replace the bars/net no matter what. My daughter has a different trampoline for another granddaughter of ours who is 5. She had similar wind, trampoline blew over, but no major damage and could be fixed. They were missing some brackets and when they called manufacturer, they were over sent over night. I would recommend doing your research! Hopefully we can get these issues resolved! It is a great size and would be awesome for kids 2 to adult if everything was in working order!! ... show more
