I had a cheap charger like this that worked fine until the LCD completely died. I replaced it with this Anker charger because it is exactly what I wanted. Wall mounted, 32A (into 40A 240V breaker, and plug in NEMA 14-50. I usually do a ton more research but there is so much repacked crap that it's not really about the specs, but more on the quality of the item itself. For this, I trusted the Anker brand. From opening the charger, everything is noticeably of higher quality than my prior charger. Better plastic, thicker cable, cleaner "click" on the plug in. Boom. I'm happy. This is exactly what I wanted. Unbeatable value. Only thing now is to make sure nothing weird happens with use over time. Just installed today but will update if anything happens.

This Anker EVSE works great! I appreciate that it was supplied with both a mounting bracket and storage bag. I was a bit surprised how much bigger and heavier this is compared to my Tesla mobile charger. The cables alone seem about 1/3 thicker. The little display has a lot of info crammed into it. It shows voltage, current setting, elapsed time, supplied energy and even the temperature of the equipment. The schedule setup could be a bit more intuitive, but as long es it doesn’t have to be adjusted often due to seasonally changing electric rates that should be fine. It works as advertised, charging has been reliable.

Nice compact package for on the go use. Provides up to 32A of current, and has a nice long cable (25 Feet). Uses a standard NEMA 14-50 plug for easy use, and terminates to a standard J1772 connector which makes it compatible with all N American EV's and PHEV's. LCD display provides charging and status info (charging can be scheduled on this device). Also comes with a bracket and cable holder for a more permanent installation at home. Looks very well made with quality materials and design. A nice portable EV charger from an established and trusted name in consumer charging products. Includes a soft carry case for easy storage.
