    • Solid and easy to assemble but not great otherwise.
I am a fairly average size man at 5'10 210lbs but the first thing I noticed upon using this bench is it seems small. The width of the leg stays is a bit short so I find myself either awkwardly holding my legs closer together or being near the edge and feeling less secure. Assembly was very easy and the instructions were perfect with every pack of parts labelled according to the step they are assembled in. The included tools worked fine to assemble. I do like the foldable storage option on this which is accomplished with a couple easy to remove quick pins. It feels durable and I'm sure could easily support twice my weight but 660lbs is a stretch in my opinion would not feel safe for the size of the bench. There is no adjustment for the leg stays or seat angle despite other brands offering it in the same price range. The adjustment for the seat back is easy however it relies on gravity alone to retain the adjustment bar whereas other brands have a pin to lock in place, a definite safety issue. ... show more

Putting this thing together was an exercise in itself. That being said, I absolutely love it. It’s easy to store and it bears a lot of weight. The back and seat are covered by a nice soft leather like material. It is easy to clean. The seat and back are also wide, which is very comfortable. I got this workout bench for my husband to put in his outdoor gym. In the breezeway. He wanted a better bench that had the ability to sit up or lay down. This bench is perfect. It has eight different positions that you can set it at the perfect height for what you wanna do. It holds 660 pounds so you can do a good bit of weightlifting with it. My husband wanted one that was more sturdy and this definitely fits the bill. It’s easy to assemble. It comes in a box in pieces. The little parts are in separate bags to keep them together.
