I bought this bench so I can do lying hamstring curls. I'm 5'4/115 and it works perfectly for that for me. Using it for leg extensions is also great. I don't currently have a bar, but wanted the rack for when I do get one. I like that I can store my extra plates on it. It was easy to put together and is not wobbly at all. I feel like this piece of equipment is good value for the money. It was exactly what I was looking for and now I look more forward to leg day.

I researched several benches for my son and husband. This one had good reviews. It is very sturdy meaning it does not feel like it will tip over. The bench and pads are comfortable and seem plenty long enough for both my 6 foot son and 6'3" husband. It took under an hour to put together and was fairly easy to do so. They have used it everyday for a week now and are very pleased. For the money, I feel like this was a good value and a good product.

It was easy to assemble and it’s a great home gym bench. It’s a little flimsy, but it does the job well. I don’t lift super heavy so it’s fine. Also I’m only 5’4” and I would imagine someone 6’ wouldn’t feel comfortable on this. My son is 220lbs and he thinks it’s too small and not sturdy enough for him.
