I bought this bench so I can do lying hamstring curls. I'm 5'4/115 and it works perfectly for that for me. Using it for leg extensions is also great. I don't currently have a bar, but wanted the rack for when I do get one. I like that I can store my extra plates on it. It was easy to put together and is not wobbly at all. I feel like this piece of equipment is good value for the money. It was exactly what I was looking for and now I look more forward to leg day.

The description for this weight bench state it is a 900 lb wt bench. Well, itmay likely hold a very large person but if so, he/she would be very uncomfortable and likely fall off. I weigh 132 lb. I still consider the bench too narrow. I have adjusted to it & it works well. Just saying, don't buy this if you weigh more than 150-160 lb. Also, the bench bar does not appear sturdy enough to hold 900 lb.....if that was the meaning of 900 lb weight bench set. In summary, I thought I was purchasing a very sturdy weight bench but not so much.
