I'm really impressed with the construction of this bench. Everything came neatly labeled and it took us about 20 minutes to put it together. It's really sturdy and folds up for easy storage and carrying, but I probably won't use that. It's not the easiest thing to get the pins in and out every time you fold it up, but it's nice to have that option when needed. This bench does not have a pivoting leg extension option, which is the ONLY thing I wish was different. I'm using resistance bands to try to find a solution for that, but it's great for everything else. It adjusts to many angles for inclines and lays flat. I think it's a good, sturdy quality for the price.

I was curious about this bench for its compactness, adjustability, and portability; it performs those functions quite well. I'm currently 6'1" and 212 lbs, recovering from recent spinal surgery, so I wanted something that didn't have a large footprint while in use and stored; this folds up (with a little bit of fuss) to occupy about a boot-sized shoe box spot on the floor...As I get clearance to lift more, I'll fashion a sturdy wall hook to free up more space. It has the ability to set up in all the traditional positions, and I find it does so smoothly, and with some initial extra attention to detail, you can firm up the adjusting pins by digging through your 'junk drawer'. It can be moved around quite easily, and because I'm still limited in pounds I can lift, and in the extent I can bend and twist; the small loop that pokes out when the bench is collapsed helps with that, as does its relatively-light bulk. I see this being useful for years to come, as a tool for blending in complementary exercises similar to supersets you might do at the gym; throw in some dumbbell or resistance strap back rows, sit-down military presses, lighter flies immediately following deadlifts, squats, and benches on a heavy-duty rack. It is built well and will stay that way if you maintain the fasteners and the finish, and the soft materials are fabricated to be the right amount of cushioning. It's a good value.

Solid product. It was very easy to put together - the bolts, nuts, and washers came packaged in bags for each step in the instructions. It is a sturdy and well designed bench. For the price, I wasn't expecting such a solidly constructed bench. It did not wobble, flex, or make any noises during use. Which was more surprising given its relatively light weight. The light weight makes it very easy for almost anyone to put it in "storage mode" and carry around with one hand thanks to the strap/handle near the seat of the bench. There are 3 pins that can quickly allow you to store the bench easily in a closet or behind a door. It has a small footprint, maybe 6 inches or so(?)... It felt like the much more expensive benches at your local gym, easily can be put in decline or incline positions. It's a great product for a home gym with limited space and considering the price and features I think it's a great value.

I set up a small workout area in my basement during COVID lockdown. I thought I was going resume my workouts at my local gym after being vaccinated, but changed my mind, and continue to do weight work and cardio at home. One piece of equipment that I was missing from my home workout area was a bench however, I was reluctant to order one because of limited space. Prior to ordering this bench, I had been improvising by using my yoga mat for some strength training exercises, but I knew that a bench would work much better. When I spotted this product on Amazon, and realized it was fairly lightweight and foldable, I decided to go for it. And I'm so glad I did, because it has greatly improved my ability to do weight work. The bench was super easy to assemble. It came with all the tools that were needed, and the directions were clear and simple. Folding and unfolding it is a bit tricky because there are a few steps involved, but I'm sure it will get easier in time. The bench is nicely padded and is comfortable to sit, lay or kneel on. It has multiple inclin positions that will hopefully help me prevent straining my back when lifting. I highly recommend this bench for anyone with a home gym who lifts weights.

It's a solid bench. Took a normal amount of time to set up, though the mechanism for the adjustable parts is a little strange. I wish it was a little more sturdy - I don't feel 100% confident that it will stay where I put it. Nonetheless, it works well and is a great height. I've had other benches that were just too low and unusable for certain exercises like bench. I do move the bench quite a bit so the included carrying handle is very welcome. Allows me to move the bench very easily. Aesthetics are average - doesn't really stand out much. But hey, it's a functional bench.

This bench has been great in the home garage gym space Pros Foldable Stable Easy to assemble Lightweight Compact and durable Comfortable Holds lots of weight easily Cons Could be a bit light duty for some heavier folks Conclusion This bench is truly great and has good quality to it for a very inexpensive price tag. If you’re heavier set and can handle a lot weights it may not be the safest option. But if you’re a moderate gym user this should be great. I definitely recommend it for the average person!
