For the price, this is a very well made product. It is very simple to erect, sturdy and attractive. The fabric is polyester and not sunbrella or cloth and the raising mechanism has no pulleys, gears, cranks or ropes but then it does not cost $500 either. It is a good, simple uncomplicated umbrella that will surely last at least 4 years. The soft beige and scalloped hem are attractive in my front patio. I love that the height is so adjustable. It can go quite low, so that when angled, can be an effective sun screen and also provide privacy. I ended buying a second one in white for the read patio.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to be under an awning to keep drips off my head. My awning leaks. So this won’t see outside outside action. Seems cheaply made kind of. Looks like a lot of plastic parts. Says it’s a steel pole but I’m not super sure. My 70 year old neighbor was able to tote my package across the street to her house to hold it for me. It tilts which is a bonus. Price was decent though. Hope it lasts! ... show more

I wanted an umbrella to fit in my cafe table, and chose this 5.5' white one. It's absolutely perfect. I will say if you're taller, you may have to bend down to get under it, unless you have a tall stand. But it's perfect for our smaller table. The scalloped design is a classic.
