I wish this had straight sides rather than curved inward ones but it is nice enough. Water will run down the sides to the middle and come thru as a small waterfall. It's good that the fabric isn't solid constructed though. It would pull the hooks right out of the wood with water weight, if it was. It seems quite durable. It slowly stretches out, so be sure you mount it at the loosest settings of your turnbuckles, or you will have to keep moving your screws. As it stretches, you can simply tight the turnbuckles. I reccomend buying the sail shade hardware sets available on Amazon, as buying the pieces needed individually, ended costing more at my local hardware store. ... show more

For outside windy areas, you will need more heavy duty mounts than those suggested. Great shade over my pool. Had it up four about 2 months now. So far so good!

Need at least two to three people to set up, and at that. Does not look like what’s in the illustration. Comes out looking like a thong on a fence. I’m sure if the manufacturer added extra eyelets on the sides it would have looked better.
