I had a small hole in mine after installing it and immediately reached out directly to the company. They didn't question anything, sent me an entire new one and didn't need to send the old one back or pay for shipping. Now that is good customer service. Thank you for standing behind your product. The shade works just great here in AZ where it's so hot. It covers my pavement and doesn't get hot for my dogs paws. Loving it!

Ordered a 10 x 20 sail for shade at our mountain property. When we tried hanging the sail, it was too large for the posts that we had installed. We looked at the packaging and noticed that there are two stickers stating 12 x 20 & then one sticker half way covering a 12 x 20 sticker with the measurements of 10 x 20. We will be returning this item because we definitely need a 10 x 20. The sail is what we were hoping for. Nice eyelets for hanging just too many stickers on packaging with different sizes listed. If you order from this company, definitely look at all the packaging stickers to make sure the measurements are all the same. We are definitely disappointed since the sail was to add the extra shade we were hoping for during our extended weekend.

It is too early to give a proper review since I have only owned this sun shade for less than a week, but with that stated, we had here in central Florida a severe storm watch and the sail survived with no problems. It did flap in the wind of course but no tears.
