I got these as a cost effective alternative to RV Awnings that usually run in the hundreds of dollars or more. I mounted the anchors to the roof , snap on the canvas , then put the awning poles as needed depending on where I'm parked and BAM...instant shade. Takes a few minutes to put up and take down but the entire system cost $80 and packs away into a 24"x24" container. Money well spent and the canvas, which is more poly material than canvas, is holding up very well.
