This foam roller is simple and easy to use, I love that it’s 36 inches and very firm. It helps to relax the muscles and stretch out my back. There is only one shortfall, which is the listing shows 36inches, but when measured it’s only 35inches. So, it’s shorted an inch, not a deal breaker but definitely not what’s in the description. Other foam rollers I’ve had is the length that’s described, so I feel like this should’ve stated 35inches.

My gym actually has multiple of this exact same one, so I decided to buy one for myself for home. It helps so much for after gym soreness relief. You're able to get a good massage basically for your entire body with the roller. It works really well, and gives good pressure where you need it. It practically solved my heel pain by using it over my Achilles and my calf. I highly recommend it.

For the many yoga exercises that require use of a roll for use under legs or back, I found this to be a better price and sturdier material than I could find locally. This is just what I need to carry to class and to use at home. I am much more at ease using my own mat and roller than those provided at the gym.

It’s round and rolls. It’s challenging to stand on in any position. Especially on my head. I wouldn’t really recommend using it as a base for stances, probably best used to apply pressure to your muscles. Seems to work fairly well, it’s much firmer than a pillow. I used it for a pillow once and had to go to the chiropractor. I wouldn’t do that. Just roll your muscles.
