These foam rollers are amazing! I work on my feet most of the day and my hamstrings were always tight, normal stretching and rolling out with a normal flat foam roller wasn't really helping relieve any of the stiffness and pain. I was originally looking for 1 roller with nubs more like the dark grey one, the bonus for me was getting the blue one for other more sensitive areas! The nubs on the dark grey roller are very good quality, they don't flatten when you roll which was something I was worried about. I like the circular texture compared to the rectangle nubs on some other textured rollers, these feel much more targeted. The blue roller foam is a bit less dense so the "wave" texture is not as rigid, but it is a good option even to use before increasing the intensity with the dark grey one. The quality is very good and at $40 for 2 rollers you really cannot beat the price! ... show more

This is my first foam roller at all, so I was looking for something cheaper. But the product does not look like cheap at all - very solid. So I am very happy with this decision. With the two rollers you can work basically any point in your body. The grey one is harder and sometimes it feels to much, but I guess I only need to get used to it. These foam rollers are just the right sizes, are made of high quality material, and are very practical for the process of self recovery. The two different textures are nice for spot hitting the knots out of sore muscles. These rollers are very well made. I will say the big one is very intense and takes some getting used to. I like it because it pushes on the places that my flat one does not get. It is very firm.

    • The better affordable option
I workout at least two to three times a week, so when I go hard, I know I need to use this to help the muscles to relax and not be so tight. If you can't afford to go to a massage therapist, this is the first best option to any strains or muscle tension you may get because of over working a muscle, or using it incorrectly. The foam is firm enough to get to the deep tissue, but doesn't feel like its killing you digging new holes into your body. The black one is a little more firm than the blue, so just beware it can hurt more if you use it wrong. ... show more
