When I opened the box, the first thing I said out loud was how pretty this thing is. The glitter finish really catches the light, and honestly, it looks even nicer in person. The board was a little smaller than I pictured, but once my daughter stepped on it, the size made sense. It’s big enough for balance work without being bulky. She keeps it in her dance basket, and it comes out a few times a week at home plus during class when they’re working on technique. It’s light, easy for her to carry, and she doesn’t need help setting it up. She hops on, finds her balance, and you can see her legs working right away. It’s been a simple way to build strength without turning it into a long workout. The small surprise for me was how stable it feels while still giving her enough wobble to make her work. Some boards feel too loose or too stiff. This one hits a nice middle ground. After about a month and a half of use, it still looks new, and the glitter hasn’t rubbed off or dulled at all. Bottom Line: To help with strength training and balance, this really is amazing. It’s a situational buy for anyone in dance or cheer who wants a small, pretty board that does exactly what it’s supposed to without taking up space.

This stunt trainer is a powerful tool for the cheerleader, dancer, or gymnast in your life. It can also be used to improve core strength and overall balance for non-athletes, though the price is prohibitive compared to other devices aimed toward personal fitness. The stunt trainer is absolutely beautiful, arriving in a bright glittery pink that glints with colour when used. This will surely inspire the athlete at home to get excited about practise. Features: • Wide board to accommodate different positions. The board allows the user to put one or both feet down when practising a move, ensuring they get plenty of repetition before going up on a beam or balancing on the hands or shoulders of teammates. • 360° spin - The board rocks randomly, requiring constant attention to balance. Users will tip backwards and forwards as well as side-to-side, giving a realistic experience for cheer, dance, or gymnastics performances. The frequent erratic movement engages the core and forces the user to pay close attention to how their body moves the device. Once the move is perfected, the spin can be engaged to bring it up another level. • D-ring and portable - This trainer can tag along anywhere. It fits in most gym bags and backpacks, or can be hooked on. You or your athlete will be able to try it out in different settings and there is no excuse not to bring it to meets, training sessions, or lessons. Why 4/5 instead of 5 stars? • The first reason is because of the price. While this is a lot of fun and quite interesting, similar models are substantially cheaper. I'd only recommend this for intense student athletes or professionals. Home fitness enthusiasts and casual users wanting to improve balance will do better with less expensive versions. • The second is because the board itself is actually very slippery. There is no grip at all, and it's very easy to slide off on accident! I do like the sheer option for advanced practise, but would have liked to see an optional grip included or else a coating or something to hold onto the user better. Recommend uses: • Ballet dancers will find this helpful for core strengthening and balance. I would recommend this for anything from learning basic positions to steadying arabesque and adjusting to pointe. • Gymnasts may find this helpful for working on new beam skills or simply building balance. Something like a wolf turn or full turn can be practised using this device. • Of course, cheerleaders will find this valuable. Flyers can adjust to the feel of performing atop the base, but this is also useful for tumblers and cheerleaders at the base who want to make sure they are consistent. • Other sports will also find this helpful. Try shooting baskets or working on a tennis backhand while on the unsteady surface! I imagine it would be useful for novice surfers and perhaps even paddleboarders working on staying afloat.

This came in a beautiful holographic box. It is so Sturdy and durable! great product. Great price! No assembly required. Large size for any size foot. I can use it as a 45 year old 160 pound momma and my 11 yr old can use it! Great way to practice and have fun building your balance. Beautiful color and glitter. Amazing product! Love it! So I’m no cheerleader; but I do have an old foot injury that I’m supposed to continue doing physical therapy on, instead of just getting a PT balance board that goes forward and back and is plain wood, I opted for this stunningly beautiful and very efficient balance board. It’s challenging but not impossible. It not only works out my foot and ankle muscles but you have to really engage your upper leg and core thus giving you a really efficient workout. It can be used on hard floors or carpet, I’ve even used it in socks and not found it to be slippery. It’s a perfect size to fit one foot forward or turning it sideways will fit my 2 feet. It’s built to last too. I do find that it’s rather pricey at $99 but all PT equipment isn’t cheap and for the stubbing appearance of it I think it’s worth it. Its packaging’s also very pretty so you can gift it with the utmost confidence that it will be loved. I highly recommend it.

My daughters recently joined a competitive cheer team and I purchased this stunt trainer for her. This stunt trainer really does work so well and is comparable to standing on somebody's hands when in the air. My daughter is one of the Flyers and so being able to work on her stability while on the ground has really given her an extra leg up for the competitions. My daughter also really likes the pink glitter color of the trainer. The clip that comes on the trainer is perfect for clipping it to her cheer bag and makes it easy to keep track of! It's a good size durable and good deal.

This has been such a fun tool for building balance! We have a Ben used it as a family to see who can balance for the longest. It is also been really helpful for helping my cheerleaders flying.
