I'm a big fan of Geku Fit's Resistance Band Bar as it was by far the best resistance band bar with hooks that I found on Amazon. Once I found out they were releasing a footplate at a reasonable price, I was immediately intrigued and since there were free returns, I figured there was little to no risk in purchasing it. I've been using resistance band training for 2yr+ at this point so I'm pretty familiar with the various bars and footplates out there. Instead of having a "premium" footplate, I've been using a budget solution that worked but had its limitations. I am happy to say that the Geku Fit footplate meets the "premium "definition and it exceeded my expectations. The footplate is extremely durable and it reminds me of a high quality cutting board. Despite knowing the dimensions and weight, I was surprised with how heavy it felt when holding it which speaks to how durable this product is. I've tried working out on this with my heaviest bands and the footplate is sturdy and rock solid. There are multiple channels on the bottom to allow for more exercise flexibility. For example, I've tried doing a bench press along the shorter channel and it worked very well. All the edges are extremely smooth so I have no concerns with it causing unnecessary abrasion when working out with bands. There is also sufficient room to add multiple bands if necessary. I opted to not use the included grip tape since I felt it was unnecessary. The material is exactly like grip tape you would see on a skateboard and I would suggest using it if you need more foot grip when working out. ... show more

Great addition to workout equipment

Solid build and works perfect with resistance bands whether your on carpet or floor. Pairs well with the Geku resistance band bar.

Solid, high-quality footplate.Smooth edges/finish—safe for the bands. Highly recommend.
Material Type: Bamboo Wood
I’ve been using the GEKU FIT Resistance Band Workout Footplate for a couple of months and haven’t noticed any issues. It doesn’t slip as long as you apply the included anti-slip stickers. I often use multiple resistance bands at once for deadlift-style pulls, and the platform holds up perfectly—no bending, warping, or deformation. The finish is very clean and smooth, so it won’t damage your bands. Overall, the quality is excellent and it feels solid and well-made. ... show more

GEKU Board works great with straps and elastic resistance bands.
Material Type: Bamboo Wood
I recently switched from free weights to isometrics. I am 64 years old, and weightlifting became too hard on my joints. I purchased a World Fit ISO trainer to perform Overcoming Isometric exercises, but I didn't like the way the straps pressed against my shoes. Also, it is hard to get a strap centered while standing on it. The GEKU board solves these issues. The board has slots to slip the strap through, and the force is then shifted to the board instead of your feet. The strap centers itself almost automatically. It also works great with elastic resistance bands. The board is very high quality and should last for years. Great investment! ... show more

If you are considering the X3
Material Type: Bamboo Wood
If you are considering the X3 or just want to do banded deadlifts for the variable resistance (matching the deadlifts linear strength curve) this is it. It makes resistance band workouts palatable if like me you hate stepping on them and never knowing how wide or how much slack in between you had previously. It's well made and lets you go heavy. I haven't tried the X3 but their base looks like the cheap stuff you find on AliExpress. That being said, for deadlifts it's great and you can use Geku's bar. For squats however it is too tough still getting into position with any meaningful amount of resistance. Back squat of course harder than front, but I guess Zercher or hack squats are doable. I would not recommend trying the bench press option in the pics. The grip material you apply is like sandpaper and honestly elbows don't go back far enough. ... show more

Good starting platform
Material Type: Bamboo Wood
This is a good starting platform, though I've already run into a cracking issue at around 90 lbs. I think it was from doing a single arm should raise long ways instead of using one of the two shorter channels, since long ways I typically have both feet on the platform, but for the one armed raise I had one foot on and one foot off. Otherwise, this is a good platform for resistance bands and it doesn't wear the bands down. ... show more
