I really like this balance board. I use it at my standing desk almost all day long. I bought a second one from another company to compare. This one from Amazon basic has a round bottom which feels right, whereas the other one was not quite round and felt funny to be on. I wish they made a version with a larger radius. Also sometimes it makes noise when rocking, maybe they could make it with thicker wood to prevent this. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it's way better than sitting in a chair. I used to have pain in my leg at the end of the day. Now I'm pain free.

I use this at my standing desk, and it definitely increases my energy and productivity. And it's fun! I can rock from side to side, twist, or do balance squats when I begin to feel stagnant at work. It seems to be very sturdy, and the top is VERY grippy. The extreme grip texture makes it hard to shift your footing once both feet are on the board, but it also mean slipping off the board is basically impossible. I also really love that this balance board is made of natural materials instead of plastic. Overall, extremely happy with the balance board and the price!

My knees, back, and hip would always hurt after standing still on my carpet for too long. I'm glad I decided to take this balance board for a try. So far, it's durable and the grip tape doesn't hurt me when using it barefoot. My only wish is that it was a bit more challenging but it's definitely worth the price versus what you'd find being sold here for $100+

I got this to work my core while I'm at my standing desk during work. It definitely works the little muscles in your legs and core. My arms usually up on the desk so it's probably not as much of a workout as it could be. The black triangular areas are very grippy (like a pumice stone? or a nail file?) so no need to worry about slipping.

I ordered this to work on my balance I wasn’t expecting it to be so nicely made and fun to use! You can swivel around tilt it in circles and side to side. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this wobble board. The sandpaper type grip on it is great for bare feet too.

My physical therapist had a stability board. I wanted to get one and assumed they were all the same size, but this one was a little smaller. Otherwise it's fine. I stapled a small nylon strap to it so it's easy to carry.

This balance board was very affordable. The sandpaper top provides stability when on the board. The height is not adjustable. It is 15cm. Using it to strengthen and add flexibility to a broken ankle and to assist in slowing foot drop.
