I am not an excercise enthusiast. I have always had a very weak core despite an athletic background through college. At 40, I'm trying to improve myself physically just a little, and I'm doing it with simple things I can do at home. To be clear, a lot of my effort started with losing weight nutritionally. So I'm at a fairly skinny but far from scrawny baseline at 5'9" 165ish. I bought this Stealth because I liked the idea - engaging your core by forcing yourself to be stable while planking. And I looked at cheaper versions and decided I should go with the quality brand with established, functional games to use. Stealth seems to have the best concept design for creating multi-directional instability that forces your core to keep you in place. If you're not picky about games, you don't have to pay a thing for the basic ones, and they're plenty engaging to keep you going for a couple minutes. I've started at 2 minutes a day - 2 minutes! I've even missed days here and there, yet in 3 weeks (I'm up to 3 minutes a day now) I can see some shape in my abdominal area that I have NEVER seen before. You can easily tell that it engages your abs from top to bottom. In my prior experience with traditional situps or crunches, my upper abs would do all the work, and I could never engage the lower ones. Not the case with this AT ALL. You can feel the fatigue from ribs to waist. Even when I used to be in good shape years ago and I could run forever, I never had any semblance of lines like I'm starting to see after 3 weeks of 2-3 minutes a day. Maybe this won't do as much for you if you're already a workout fiend, but if you want to start from scratch or limited core strength or stability, this is a great option if you're willing to spend $100 one time. The portability of this particular model plus a sale is why I bought it as opposed to the normal one that doesn't disassemble. It is perfectly stable so far with very clear instructions on how to assemble it appropriately.

The board, plus the yearly fee of $40. It’s expensive. At first, I engaged with it less because it was somewhat difficult to use. Then I invested in a super sticky yoga mat ($45) so the board and my feet don’t slide away. Then I bought $15 sticky spray so my sweaty arms don’t slip off the board. I also bought no-slip socks that I put in front of the bottom of the board to be sure it stays put. After all that, it finally became something I happily engage with on a fairly frequent basis. The games are fun and very well presented. It’s a good product, but as a daily exercise I found I needed to invest more money to get feet, knees, elbows and the board to stay in the proper plank position without slipping. Still, if you want an effective 1-3 minute exercise, this is definitely a real workout that’s so fun you do forget the effort you’re putting in. A new game drops every month which keeps it fresh. The Turtle Dash is great!

Upon unboxing: Nice! Attractive looking piece of equipment. Easy to put together and take apart, fitting easily in a bag. Fun and wow, what a work out. I need something to help me be physical through the winter, and at 50, I can really use the pelvic floor exercise that planking provides. I did a minute and a half in a modified plank, and I can't believe how much I felt it, but I could have easily gone longer because the game was fun. I also bought the stealth cycle to complete a full body core and cardio workout. I hope that the games keep me engaged. I will update as I us the item.

Planks always BORED ME the only thing I could think about was my core hurting from how weak it was. Now with this I utilize my ADHD to hyperfocus on the game. I put it on my yoga mat I got the travel one because it was cheaper, but it doesnt seem to be available anymore but I definitely felt a large difference from 1 use. 2nd time I used it was today and was able to do 1 min and 43 seconds still small bits bit a lot better than before and you make your progress slowly anyway. But its easy to use, easy to put together, and very sturdy.

Had this for about a month now and use it near every day for 3 - 5 minutes. First off, this is great for tightening up ones core. Works well and as described! Then we come to the price, a bit steep for a three pieces of plastic. For offseting the price of the board you would think it would come with more than 4 cheesy games. To get more you can pay a dollar! But theres more, that dollar starts a monthly fee to keep access to the games! [Not for me!] Then the best kicker as shown in the pictyre is the assembly locking system. Yes a chincy plug and socket. But not only does it look disfunctional it is! And at the worst time when trying to beat your last score on that cheezy game! I fixed mine by wrapping the plug with electrical tape and pressing it in the socket while being careful not to make it too tight to make the socket stress. Staying in better now and more pleased with my shirt workout. All of that being said, there is a great start to something that can be HUGE in fitness IF there was better quality and less greed. Very good if you get some disposable money and want a challenge.

This planking device is absolutely amazing! Playing their games while planking completely takes ur mind off of the fact that ur planking. I love it! It's only downfall is that it does start sliding away from u during gameplay which is frustrating. So I put mine on a yoga mat which helps tremendously but it still moves. I'm still trying to figure out an end to that problem. But for the price is still definitely worth it! U will be sore after 3 minutes guaranteed.
