Forget those BT dongles with torque pro, and the generic scanners that don't see a thing... I had an SRS error since I replaced the LCD on my W203 Sportcoupe, this thing read ALL the errors on the car (the other scanners all said everything was OK) and was able to reset the SRS module which is usually a dealer only function. Essentially it paid for itself the first time I connected it, well worth the money for anyone with a MB that doesn't particularly like handing fistfuls of cash to the stealership!

This is a great scanner, especially for Sprinters. The only problem I had with it was that one of the screw-in connectors for the cable broke, but other than that, I just wish it had a better case to keep it in. Don't buy Version 3, it won't work with sprinters.

doesnt work on mercedes been trying to contact Amazon and Icarsoft for a year glitches on and off batteries are charged I thought directions for a year nothing AmazoDoesn't work on a MacBook and the product turns on with a glitch refund now or send me a new one and send me a Windows CD

I disconnected my drivers seat but forgot to disconnect the battery. See this model mentioned in forums and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend so you don't have to go to the dealer.

Scanner is great and works as promised. The only hiccup I'm having is finding what each ode actually means. Easy and straight forward to use. Comes with charging and hook up cords. Everything stores nicely in the zipper pouch.

Purchased with check engine light to erase codes and diagnose my vehicle which I kept getting a few errors. Even reprogrammed slightly for a few settings dealership based error issues. Not many scanners can do this but, this one can.
