My PT had me use one of these at my last session. Since he has cut me loose from appointments to do exercises at home I wanted to be able to purchase one of these to have at home so I could continue to do the exercises uninterrupted. I received my order from Pete's Choice in record time, the next day actually & then immediately received an email with an e book of exercises & checking in about my purchase. The next day he sent me an email with an ebook with exercises to do with the bonus yoga strap that was included with the balance mat. I chose the XL for wide base of support and more availability with my mat. I’m a PTA so I use it daily. Durability is great. I give it 4 stars overall because it seems to be more stiff than original airex mats. For the price it is well worth it and it still does the trick. I recommend it!

To be honest .. I was quite skeptical when I came across this balance pad. How can a piece of thick , firm but not stiff foam be a balance pad that will help me to improve my balance and stability ??!! … Well I was wrong! I struggled a bit to maintain my balance, luckily the pad comes with a yoga strap to help with certain exercises.. such as these one legged squats .. which is normally painful on my bad osteoarthritic knees. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it if you’re looking to add something new to your training props .
