This ankle strengthener arrived as promised and came with a bunch of different pieces allowing for multiple configurations. Specifically, it comes with the 2 conjoined boards, as well as 5 additional pieces which are movable. These have super strength Velcro on them and require some serious dexterity to get them on and off. My biggest piece of advice is to SAVE the user manual. Although you could probably find similar instructions in YouTube videos, the user manual gives you a significant amount of different permutations to use this on your feet. In fact, unless you really know what you’re doing, you will need to reference this at least a few times to figure out what to do. Overall, I feel like this is making a difference and will work to serve my purposes. Just like anything else, the more you use it, the better off you’ll be.

Seems a little awkward at first but when following the seven exercises given in the instructions that are provided you can see how this will strengthen your ankles and eliminate stiffness from little to no activity on a daily basis. The Board is made of good quality laminated wood that is held together with a velcro strap. The moveable rods are held by velcro to the bottom of the board for easy placement and storage when not in use. With duration of reps being 20-40 seconds per foot each time you wont be exhausted when using this strengthener. It was a great value for the money for me.

Looks like a copycat version. It does what it's supposed to, but it doesn't come with instructions, so to work on specific tendonitis, we had to look up instructions from other products that seem more legit. It worked out okay since I found those instructions online, but this product doesn't provide one. So I assume this is a cheap knock-off, but I was okay with it.

The media could not be loaded. I once bought a Foot Strengthener, which was indeed very useful to me, but it broke down after a short while. This is my second purchase. Compared to the first one, this product is simply perfect. It has completely solved all the flaws of the Foot Strengthener I bought before. 1. The rubber pad is firmly attached. 2. The design of the edge of the bottom bar is very ingenious, making it easier for me to disassemble it. Unlike the previous one, it never hurt my hands. 3. This product has added a triangular bottom bar, which can further enhance my exercise. In conclusion, I think this is a perfect product. I like it very much and strongly recommend it.

My product came in a plain cardboard box. The triangular pieces were not included, and there were no directions on how to use the product.
