This is a solid, good quality product. I like exercises with light weights, and when doing them on the board - you have to be even more mindful. This is an excellent product for a body work out as well as mind.

Shipped within a week and no issues. Love this and looking forward to using it more each day. Very sturdy. Only thing I wish was that it had anti slip padding on the bottom, the cork still slides around so will need to order a mat of some sort to put under it.
