I really like the terra cotta color and texture of this sun shade. We needed something to provide extra shade past our screened in porch for when we have family over and it worked great for extending out outdoor area. It is decent quality. Hope it can stand the beating of the Florida sun.

I took delivery of two shades today from different vendors, and both were made of this same material. At present, ti seems relatively flexible, does show tiny holes when held to the sun, and has nicely finished edges and sturdy well sewn in web straps and D rings at the mounting points. The military is even using these plastic type materials in tent bottoms and for camo net, so I am hoping for a good lifespan. Anything hanging in the wind and rain, and sun is getting punishment, so we will see what kind of lifespan and waterproofing they deliver. ... show more

This sun sail is awesome for the patio. The only bad thing is that you have to purchase hardware for it since it doesn't come with it. Sun sail is very durable lately been having 20+ mph winds and no tears or rips. Sun sail is amazingly sturdy. Sun sail provides great sun protection when placed in a proper position. This is mostly good. It is nice and big. I like the D rings for securing it. I don't like the strings. They are not very long. The quality is also lacking a little.
