This is a bit like a tarp but thicker woven material. It has holes on all four corners and you stretch it tight from there. It comes with rope but no other hardware nor does it come with posts so you will need to figure that out yourself. It worked this summer over my dogs outside run but I don't think it will last multiple seasons.

I ordered this sun shade to replace one over my pool. I was able to suspend it nice and tight from the d rings on all four corners which help keep it in place on windy days. The color was similar to what was advertised and the construction looks like it should last for a while. The shade it provides does keep direct sun out, yet let's some light in. I go through about 2 or 3 sunshades a year due to desert sun drying them out so hopefully this pricier shade lasts longer. From what I've seen of it after a couple months use, I don't have a problem recommending this brand of sun shade.

I'm not in love with it. It was hard to put up because it's so big, heavy, and cumbersome. I really should asked 3 other people to help. It's not meant for year round, so now weather is taking a change, I have to take it down and put it away. The quality is nice and the color is decent.

I like how sturdy this product is and covers a good deal of area once hung. It doesn't come with posts to hang it from, so, make sure you have them handy after purchasing it. It's made from quality material, and should last a long time in the outside weather here in Texas. A good value for the money.

This sun shade is exactly as described. I have a deck that partially uncovered and could immediately tell a difference in the temperature after hanging. It was a little difficult for me to hang but it was no fault of the product. I just had a hard time measuring according to the instructions. I did purchase the hardware hanging kit which is an available option and I would recommend anyone that purchased this to buy it. It looks very nice hanging! A good value as far as the costs to be able to cut the temperature down while still letting light thru. Im very pleased and would recommend.

Sun shade is medium weight with seamed edges and d-rings at corners only. Wide selection of sizes and colors is a plus. Having a reinforced cord in the seams, and having screw eyes and turn buckles included for the price, would have made it a more compelling deal. UV resistance is claimed but not verified. That said, it should be useful for the intended purpose, but with some additional cost for hardware.
