The morning sun shines in the one side of my lanai right where the couch is. This is perfect to give me some shade while I'm having my weekend morning coffee. Easy to install and works perfectly for the space. It's a little short on each side, but that doesn't bother me because I don't keep it down all day. It does come with a bracket to hook it to the floor, but it's behind the couch so we don't use that. Really nice material and it's easy to roll up and down. May eventually buy more for the front side to shield the afternoon sun from coming in. I would definitely recommend this! ... show more

Product is absolutely great. Functions, looks great, and does its job. It just falls short on actual size. Mine is about 2 inches shy of 8ft at its widest with the mounts. Cloth is 4-4.5 inches shorter than 8ft. Still worked for my application I just have 2 inches of light coming through both sides. Still an amazing deal for a big shade! ... show more

We bought the one on the left originally and thought it has held up great so we ordered the one on the right to match it. The parts are all the same which have held up great in South Florida so we were happy about that but the shade is definitely not the same quality unfortunately.
