Should've read that they reduce the size of your provided measurements to accommodate for stretch. I already did that, so my "custom" size was 1' smaller than I intended. This is my fault. However, they sent me a cut down re-sewn shade. Not a custom shade. Has folded extra seam where it was cut/spliced together. Looks tacky. Grommets already look like they're going to fail, time will tell...
