Disregarding the ordering and shipping fiasco, the product finally made it here, and I am now able to look at it, try it, and manipulate the ways it can be set up as well. First impression -- BOX damaged from outside, and on the other side a large shoe print is present. I was scared that I will have to return and face more delays, but it was okay, and no catastrophic damage at all. There was zero assembly needed, it was in a folded position for storage, so all it was needed is simply open, attach a few pins and that is it. The metal build looks okay, not too flimsy, and not "heavy duty" it lands somewhere in the middle. The seat is sort of short but good enough. Setting up with different positions is super easy, and does not feel like it will pop out of position. Got this bench simply for the curling assist position that is made available by pivoting the small section at an angle, and there it is. For the price this is a well designed simplistic bench. This bench also comes with some elastic for some resistance work out as well, Sort of a little bonus deal. The way it attaches by the feet is slightly awkward, but serves the purpose, The foot retaining bar, I personally will never use, I just removed it, although if folded down it really is not in the way at all. For some who want to do sit ups perhaps the use of this would be helpful. This bench with the ability to fold up, and get tossed into a closet will allow more space in the work out area when the bench is not needed. Sacrificing rigidity vs compact, I will go with compact. Great addition to the home gym.

I received my ALSO GO adjustable weight bench when promised. I was impressed that it was fully assembled in the box so that I could start using it immediately. So far I am satisfied with the product. It is sturdy, well built, and easy to use. I enjoy the adjustable headrest which is one of the reasons I chose this weight bench. I am 6 foot and the length of the bench seems just fine when using it for tricep, bench press, and sit-up exercises. Seems to be made from quality products and foam cushioning is very firm. Lightweight and is easy to fold up. Sturdy and never feel like it will fall over.
