System came in, and relatively easy to install. Camera 4 turns out was defective, confirmed by blink tech support. Tech support was great, until time to replace unit. It will take a week plus to recieve a replacement . I can order through Amazon a new one and have it in less than 24 hours, but I have to wait a week for a replacement for defective equipment. Update. Im changing this from a 2 star to a 5 star. In my world, customer service is more than a product. Products can have problems, but it's what the company does about it. Yesterday, I was told 5-7 days to get a replacement. Less than 24 hours, the replacement showed up. Under promise / over deliver is great service..

This thing goes offline constantly. It's less than 24 ft from sync module. When it goes offline you no longer have a door bell. You have to remove the wiring and the take box off house to reset it so it is a pain. The camera is farther away from module by about 12 feet and never goes offline. Contacting blink chat was a waste. I knew more about the item than they did. Wasted 10 min and they came to the conclusion that it was most likely the actual item being defective and told me to call blink. I went through Amazon instead. They first offered to refund with return.vi really wanted to Just exchange as I have no doorbell now. But they claimed they are out of stock. So I asked when they'd be available and he said that because I bought it in Dec he can't do exchange. And I guess now they aren't taking it back either.
