This is a good starter set for camping. It has some great pieces and it’s sturdy. Everything was really easy to clean and transport. The horrible part about this set is the silverware. They fold in half for convenience, however, the fold cripples in the same direction as the force you have to use to scoop up food! Every time we tried to use the fork to cut steak or to the spoons to scoop things, the utensils just folded in half. We ended up buying other utensils because these just wouldn’t work. If I hadn’t already used everything else in the set, I would return these for something else. ... show more

I got this for my adult son, he and his family does a lot of camping. When he opened up he was very surprised and pleased with the items which were packed in the pot with the lid. The best was the tea pot which he thought it was a cool item to have at the camp site.

This set is awesome. I took it for a camping trip and worked great. The utensils are a little tricky to get use to, but they work awesome. Not for a backpacking trip, this is to big for that in my opinion.
