The setup was very easy—I just placed my doorbell inside, adjusted the clip to my door’s thickness, and tightened it down. Very easy assembly and super convenient to have. It took me maybe 2 minutes to mount so super quick. I get a clear picture. Not too bulky and seems very sturdy. Cheap for why you get. I believe the only drawback back would be it messes with the motion sensor a bit. I have the ring camera set to the highest sensitivity and frequent recording. The mount does it job and stays SECURED! It doesn't block the cameras visibility and sits like a stone on our door. We live in a apartment so we can't do all that hard wiring so I am so grateful we found this alternative. To install it is so easy.
