The awning cover is TOO SHORT. Despite mention of this in other reviews, I purchased one anyway. It’s short and the straps in the middle are way too short to make up for the brackets the the awning is mounted with. If one of the closure straps end up by a bracket, forget about it. Terrible!!! awning only measured 11foot 6 in. Spent 2 day trying to get some where with Aleko customer service. Just kept getting put on hold and then when I would get someone the computer was always down. Finally gave up put it up and put plastic where it would not cover. We had a storm coming and had to get something up. waited long enough to get it. ... show more

Poor design item was approximately 3 inches too short I had to cut one end open to use it. Should be designed with elastic on one end to be able to stretch and fit properly. I will modify mine to be able to use it because this site states that the item is unavailable. Very unhappy with the product.

As others have stated, the cover will not fit a 12' awning. My awning is 11'8" and it does not fit. I ordered it hoping that the product had been updated to fit a 12' awning. Seller should edit the description to include the actual length, about 11'6".
