i have used these awnings in the past and was very satisfied so when it came time to replace them i did not hesitate to reorder. Unfortunately, while I ordered all 5 in "burgundy" they are NOT all the same color!!! i have no choice but to install the diff colors. So sad.

As with the other 1-Star reviews, the awning has faded drastically. We installed it the first of September, 2016. It is nine months later and it has faded to the point that it is almost whitish-red, about 50% color loss. We are very, very disappointed.

    • Part not working

One of the elbow joints for this awning is not working correct. My husband says it is the right one. He was installing the awning and when it came to the elbow fitting it was missing the threads on the one side. He is frustrated because now he has to either take it down or wait for a part. Help

I needed a sun screen on a west facing window. This was a perfect and affordable solution. Unfortunately my delivery was missing a part. I notified the maker and they immediately sent me the right part. So, the experience was all positive. I would definitely buy it again. Richard

Out here in the four corners sun and wind, this fabric is too light duty. This is my second set since the first disintegrated in two years ( currently held on with bailing wire ) IF it were a duck canvas . . or had that option to order . . it'd be so much better.

The fabric fades FAST!!! We have windows that require a lift in order to change them so the fabric was not ideal for us. I will be changing the fabric to a more resistant one and keep the framing. Very disappointed in the quality.
