  • Cheap coop but badly damage with shipping.
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
Great coop easy to assemble but badly damage by Amazon shipping. I would not put more than 4 large breed birds in the coop due to the short run. My husband had to fix all the areas Damaged Amazon. Small hinges and screws for the nesting box doors had to improve ourself with bigger hardware.

  • Easy to assemble but terrible quality product
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
I've had this product for 2 months now and it's already falling apart. It was easy to put together but even while putting it together the wood was so light weight it would split while putting the screws in. Now those same screws are falling out and the egg box covers have come apart from the base. The wood around the door has split just from where I have had to slide the door open and closed. The trim on the backside has come off. The fasteners for the doors are flimsy and fall open at the slightest thing. I also has a tiny run for the amount of chickens it says it will take. I have 7 layer hens but they were WAY too tight in there. I had to buy another run to put this coop inside. ... show more

  • DO NOT BUY
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
This is absolute garbage. It would last maybe a month if it got rained on. Not as described. Flimsy wood, not worth the 1,000 dollars it costs. I returned the product, seller sent one shipping label for 5 boxes. I was told by Amazon to pay 559.50 out of my pocket to return the product and file an a to z claim. A month later 16 phone calls and 30 hours on the phone I was just told it did not qualify. Lies and deception by Amazon it was submitted 5 times for the refund and I have yet to get it after I was told multiple times by Amazon that I was promised a refund. Please do not let this night mare happen to you. The company shouldn’t be allowed to sell this deceptive product. 0 stars out of 5 do not buy save your time and money, do not buy this product. I repeat DO NOT BUY update its now been two months and every supervisor from Amazon that I have talked to said that the previous supervisor did not know what they were doing I have not received the refund for shipping costs even though it’s spelled out in the a to z claims. I repeat do not let this nightmare happen to you ! ... show more

  • Space, Space, and MORE Space!
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
First of all, the size of this coop is amazing. We currently have 7 ladies who are LOVING all this space compared to the cramped coop they were in. Much to my husband's dismay, I now have room for more! The delivery will be daunting, 3 very large and heavy flat-pack boxes. However, when you get all the bits out it is pretty straightforward. The instructions are decent, it is a bit like assembling an Amish barn. Put the walls up, attach the roof, and done. Took hubs and I about 2 hours tops. I recommend waiting until the end to attach the ladder, if you do it per manual it is totally in the way when you get to the 1st wire wall to the run. Quite annoying. I am only giving 4 stars because imo for a thousand bucks it should have a roof for the entire structure, not just the hen house. We layed a long tarp over the run, which works fine, if fine is fine for you. Just looks tacky and causes a bit of maneuvering to make the main door usable. A shame really, as this is otherwise a fantastic coop! UPDATE 2-2-2023. Have been using this coop for about 1.5 years now and it is crap. The longest it goes btwn cleaning is 2 weeks, yet there are holes in the floor big enough for our large rooster to fall through. If you want this thing to last maybe cut a scrap of linoleum to cover it from day 1. The end pieces of the roof panels over the nesting boxes are obviously not well built and came off about a year ago, which has allowed water to seep in and rot the wood and separate from the roofing itself. The run area was way too small, so we detached the run from the hen house and attached it to a 10x20 wire enclosure. Works well and soooo much easier to clean. I am upgrading to a $$$ Amish made house for my birds... the cost should even out if it lasts longer than this pos! If you don't mind spending 1k+ every 18 months then this coop is perfect for you! ... show more

  • My girls are so much happier now!
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
Okay so I had my doubts about this given that I was pulling my girls from a 10x10 enclosure, but I couldnt be more pleased. I have 6 chickens that I do let out during the day and they get put away at night. It holds an easter egger, rhode island, barred rock, 2 sapphire gems and an Isa Brown very comfortably at night. I didnt like the square perches so I installed some PVC perches and it works great. Easy to access and clean. I also dont like the latches. For me, they arent secure enough. I do plan on replacing them but for now they work. Overall it was an amazing choice. Now if you DONT let your chickens free range during the day, 6 chickens would be cramped in there. Will update once I can get out there and clean them to show you how easy it is. Will update with video. ... show more

  • Better wood
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
I wish it had a larger pen. I like it because it is easy to get the eggs and the coop is off the ground. The hens can go under the coop for more room. The screws were easy to see as they were in separate bags and numbered.

  • Fun family project
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
The 5 boxes this came in was alittle intimidating. We found our instructions in box #2. Instructions were great, better than what you get from ikea. It took me and my wife a little over an hour to assemble. We're very happy with our purchase. I don't normally leave reviews but I'd like to support this business. ... show more

  • Junk
Pattern Name: Coop AIR46
$1000 for this junk?... should be $200 and described as disposable. This thing is garbage.. the wood is flimsy, just a step above balsa wood. many pieces arrived damaged and cracked. Had to run to home depot for repair materials. Please do not waste your hard earned cash on this overpriced junk
