The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Adjustable Weight Bench for a little while now, and it’s been working great in my home gym. Right out of the box, you can tell it’s well made. Assembly was quick, just a few steps and I had it ready to go in under 20 minutes. Everything fit together, and it feels really sturdy when I’m using it, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The adjustable backrest is super easy to move, and it clicks right into place whether I’m going for incline or flat. I’ve been using it for everything from bench presses and dumbbell workouts to core exercises like sit-ups and leg raises, and it holds up really well. There’s no wobbling or shifting, which honestly surprised me for a bench in this price range. The padding is comfortable, I also like the space-saving design. It folds down nicely, so I can slide it out of the way when I’m done. That’s a huge win for me since I don’t have a ton of extra room. Overall, I’m really happy with this bench. It does everything I need, feels durable, and doesn’t take up a ton of space. If you’re looking to build or upgrade your home gym setup without spending a fortune, this is definitely a solid pick.

Good bench, good quality for the price. If you're a hard-core gym rat, this isn't for you, but that's not the point. It'll fit 90% of the people out there for 90% of their workouts. Assembles in about 10 minutes, pretty easy to follow instructions. The bench is large enough that you can get a work out in, small enough that it won't take up your whole room when it's folded. It will fit someone 6'3" and can hold 300 +lbs with weights included relatively well. As it is designed to fold, it's more narrow than what you might see at a gym, but it transitions easily between incline & flat. You just need to keep your feet wide if you're doing workouts like bench press using barbells to prevent it from tipping. Calf bars for sit ups are a bit smaller than you'd see in a gym, but they hold & are fine. Padding is solid, pretty good for the price point.

This upgraded adjustable weight bench has been a useful addition to the little gym area we have set up in our garage. It arrived in a compact box and came together quickly with only a few bolts to tighten. It’s a standard design, with long enough for my husband and me to lie back comfortably, yet narrow enough to tuck into a corner when folded. The four feet have rubber pads so it doesn’t slide around on our concrete floor, and the frame feels steady when someone climbs on for presses or rows. We’ve been using it mostly for seated dumbbell work, incline presses, and sometimes just as a flat bench for step-ups when the kids join in for a light workout. The padding has a firm but not hard feel, and the vinyl wipes down easily with a disinfectant cloth after sweaty sessions. So far, it hasn’t shown any cracking or peeling. The backrest angle adjusts with a simple pull pin; it locks securely. From a family point of view, it’s been nice to have a versatile bench at home so we are not always trying to schedule gym visits. The kids also like sitting on it when we’re exercising so it becomes part of our routine. For our garage space, it fits well and folds down against the wall when we need to park the car back inside. And overall, it’s given us a steady platform for different exercises without taking over the room.

Received a bench with defective threading on the back leg and could not thread the screws to secure the floor support no matter what I tried. Annoying that it’s the last step in the build and had to take it apart to repack it. I reached out to their customer support directly with my order number and everything and received zero response. Returning before the window closes. Very frustrating experience.
