    • Solid folding bench for the price, will accommodate most workouts.
Good bench, good quality for the price. If you're a hard-core gym rat, this isn't for you, but that's not the point. It'll fit 90% of the people out there for 90% of their workouts. Assembles in about 10 minutes, pretty easy to follow instructions. The bench is large enough that you can get a work out in, small enough that it won't take up your whole room when it's folded. It will fit someone 6'3" and can hold 300 +lbs with weights included relatively well. As it is designed to fold, it's more narrow than what you might see at a gym, but it transitions easily between incline & flat. You just need to keep your feet wide if you're doing workouts like bench press using barbells to prevent it from tipping. Calf bars for sit ups are a bit smaller than you'd see in a gym, but they hold & are fine. Padding is solid, pretty good for the price point. ... show more

The chair is crap. I reached out to them and told them it didn’t work correctly and no one sent me any parts to fix it or reached out to me at all. Crappy Seller crappy response crappy product do not buy do not buy do not buy.     • Good beginners bench....BUT...
Bench is comfortable, was easy to assemble. The issue is the adjustment pins for the seat and back rest NEED to either be longer or a full length pin all the way through. I layed down on the flat bench with only 30lb dumbells and the bench slammed down! This is a major safety issue. I removed the adjustment pin and you can tell it barely engages in the hole on the bench frame. I plan on drilling through the other side and putting 6in long pins in both the seat and back rest adjuters. ... show more
