I’m old school. My husband and I want/need printed instructions, that we did not receive. The video goes too fast and stopping, rewinding and starting over and over is a pain! I bought this to cover above my jacuzzi owsome product for the price. That's what I needed. Installing wasn't difficult if you go according to the manual. Follow the instructions can't go wrong. I wonder if they sell the fabric for replacement. I know frames will last for years but the fabric will worn out in few years . It's better to have one on hand ... show more

This awning is a good product and well made. It does however require a degree of mechanical ability to assemble. The instructions are adequate but some of the terminology is marginal. It took well over an hour for me to assemble it and if you have very little mechanical ability I would recommend hiring someone that does. ... show more

I’m very impressed with the quality for the price I paid. It wasn’t too difficult to install and it works great. The instructions are pretty good. I did install one piece wrong because it wasn’t clear. No biggie. It took 5 minutes to fix. I might buy another one
